Who We’re Looking For

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement a global SEO strategy for B2B audiences.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Perform SEO audits and create clear technical requirements.
• Prepare briefs for copywriters and oversee content optimization.
• Manage link-building campaigns — from task briefs to performance control.
• Optimize content and site structure for both search engines and AI platforms (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, etc.).
• Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to align SEO intent with business goals.

• Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

   

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and structured data.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered search optimization.
• Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and user intent.
• Skilled in SEO tools (SE Ranking, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Fintech/digital payments industry knowledge would be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Europe, US, LATAM, and MENA markets is a plus.

Requirements
