WHAT YOU’LL DO

Payments & Fintech:

• Assist in structuring and negotiating agreements with payment providers, acquirers, and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and payment regulations in different jurisdictions.
• Support the Legal and Compliance team in onboarding procedures and financial compliance reviews.
• Advise on legal risks related to payment processing and chargeback disputes.

Digital Ed-Tech:

• Review and draft terms of service, privacy policies, and disclaimers for digital education platforms.
• Ensure compliance with consumer protection laws and intellectual property rights.
• Handle legal issues related to advertising, user-generated content, and platform regulations.

Subscription-Based Apps & Digital Products:

• Draft and review user agreements, refund policies, and platform terms.
• Ensure compliance with app store policies (Google Play, Apple App Store) and digital subscription regulations.
• Handle disputes related to consumer rights, chargebacks, and subscription management.

General Corporate & Commercial Legal Support:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, partnerships, and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data protection (GDPR, CCPA), and commercial disputes.
• Monitor legal changes that impact business operations and advise stakeholders accordingly.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Legal Expertise:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial law, fintech, gambling, digital services, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, intellectual property, and compliance regulations.

Industry Knowledge:

• Experience in payments, online gambling, digital ed-tech, or subscription-based business models is preferred.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, GDPR, advertising regulations, and app store policies.
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution in digital businesses.

About the position

We are seeking a Lead Observability Engineer to join the team, and be able to work within ET (Eastern Time) or 14:00–22:00 / 15:00–23:00 CET.

The ideal candidate has proven expertise in designing, operating, and scaling analytical data systems, specifically ClickHouse or similar distributed databases. In this role, you will take a hands-on leadership position in architecting and migrating our existing custom Cosmos telemetry storage system to a robust, high-performing ClickHouse-based solution. You will also play a key role in building the foundation for alerting, notification, and telemetry workflows, enabling full visibility into production systems and improving system observability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration and transformation of telemetry storage from custom Cosmos DB solutions to ClickHouse, building a scalable and reliable end-to-end observability platform
• Architect, implement, and maintain alerting and notification systems integrated with ClickHouse for critical services and applications.
• Develop, deploy, and operate high-throughput telemetry pipelines, ensuring accurate and actionable monitoring across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and champion observability best practices
• Work with DevOps and development teams to automate collection, ingestion, and retention policies for logs, metrics, and traces
• Drive continuous improvement in system performance, stability, and reliability through effective observability

Requirements

We are looking for a Camera BSP & Middleware Engineer to drive the design and development of a unified camera infrastructure across Linux and Android platforms. 

This role combines deep embedded Linux and Android expertise with camera subsystem integration. The engineer will be responsible for sensor bring-up, driver development, middleware integration, and image quality tuning, ensuring compliance with Android Camera HAL standards and optimized multimedia performance across platforms. 

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Linux kernel camera drivers and V4L2 (including sub-device drivers) 
• Proven experience integrating and maintaining Android Camera HAL 
• Hands-on experience with camera sensor bring-up and board-level integration 
• Experience working with Device Tree / DTBO overlays, including power sequencing, reset, and clock (MCLK) configuration 

• Experience tuning image quality pipelines, including: 

  - 3A algorithms (AE, AWB, AF) 

  - Lens Shading Correction (LSC) 

  - Temporal Noise Reduction (TNR) 

• Ability to debug complex camera pipelines across kernel and user space
