We're a small, high-output team of 5 engineers based in Barcelona, scaling to 10+. We work in small squads, each owning their area of the product end-to-end. We ship fast, own our decisions, and push each other to do great work.
 

The Role

We're looking for a full-stack engineer to help build the services that power CareerOS. You're a few years into your career, you ship solid work, and you're ready to level up fast — this is a role you grow into.

You'll own whole features from database to API to UI, with the team backing you up. You'll work directly with the squad lead and product owner responsible for the domain - in the room when decisions get made, with real input on what we build. And because we deploy continuously, the code you merge today is live for real users today.

We're also an AI-native team, and that's central to how we work — see below.

Tech stack: Node.js (primary for new code), React/TypeScript on the frontend, some legacy Go. Infrastructure on GCP.

Typical split: backend-leaning, with real frontend work in React — it varies by project.

We Build With AI — and We Love It

We use AI coding tools every day, on real production code. It's one of the best parts of working here: you move faster, you build more, and you spend your energy on the interesting problems.

The thing that makes it work is you. The best AI output comes from engineers who direct it well, read what it produces, and catch it when it's off. You bring the judgment; the AI brings the speed. If that's already how you like to work — bonus points if you've used a structured or spec-driven workflow — you'll feel right at home.

What You'll Actually Do

• Ship full features, end-to-end — schema design, API, and the React UI on top. You own the vertical, with support when you need it.
• Work with data — write real queries, design schemas, reason about migrations.
• Build across the stack — backend-focused, but you'll ship real frontend in React/TypeScript too.
• Help move our Go services to Node — read existing Go to understand the logic, rebuild it cleanly in TypeScript with time. (You won't write new Go.)
• Build with AI tools — we use Claude Code, Cursor, and others daily. You should be comfortable, or excited, to work this way.
• Own your code in production — continuous deployment means what you merge today is live today. You debug it, monitor it, improve it.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 3+ years building production systems

• Good SQL — you write real queries and think about schema design
• A real AI-assisted workflow — you can walk us through a feature you shipped with AI: what you delegated, and how you caught its mistakes

What This Role is NOT

Let's be honest about fit:

Your First 30 Days

We don't expect magic on day one. A great first month looks like:

• Week 1 — Local environment running, first small PR merged to production. Meet the team and get a feel for the codebase and how we use AI.
• Week 2 — Own a well-scoped feature end-to-end, schema to UI, with guidance and review.
• Weeks 3–4 — Take a scoped feature from idea to production with lighter support each time.

By day 30 you're shipping steadily, you know the patterns, and the team trusts you with real work.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team, collaborating closely with engineers on the client side. We are looking for a skilled professional with strong expertise in Kubernetes, Golang, and C#, along with experience in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud/on-prem environments. Familiarity with OpenText Content Server is a plus, as is experience with Proxmox for virtualization.
 

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters for scalable and resilient applications.

We are looking for a Beta Community Support Engineer to join our big and skilled team, working on a big navigation system. The navigational app works on smartphones and tablets, letting people outsmart traffic, communicate, share trips, etc.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Junior TechOps Specialist to join our operations team and support our second shift coverage window. This is a great entry point into technical operations: you'll work alongside experienced L2/L3 engineers, build hands-on MS SQL Server and application-support skills, and take on increasing ownership as you grow.

You'll get structured mentorship, clear escalation paths for complex issues, and the chance to develop quickly within a skilled international engineering team.
 

What You'll Do

• Provide L2 technical support for your shift window - helping diagnose and resolve application and database issues, escalating complex cases to senior engineers as needed
• Support carrier promotions across their lifecycle: preparation, testing, communication, and validation
• Assist with database-level service configuration and maintenance tasks
• Run UAT for new platform features ahead of production releases
• Help troubleshoot multi-integration issues spanning third-party APIs, payment processors, and carrier systems
• Create and maintain clear, complete documentation in Confluence and Jira for every service inquiry
• Monitor platform and database health during your shift and escalate per runbook as needed
• Contribute ideas to improve team processes, runbooks, and knowledge base quality over time
   

What We're Looking For

Database Skills

• Some hands-on exposure to MS SQL Server (2012 or higher) - through work, coursework, or personal projects
• Basic SQL writing skills - CRUD operations, simple queries; willingness to learn stored procedures and index management
• Interest in learning query performance troubleshooting (execution plans, blocking, deadlocks)
• Understanding of basic DB maintenance concepts: backups, integrity checks, indexing
• Awareness of backup / restore and disaster recovery fundamentals is a plus
   

Technical Operations & L2 Support

• Good written and spoken English required
• Basic familiarity with Jira for writing clear tickets
• Willingness to contribute to a Confluence knowledge base in clear, readable language
• Some exposure to log management or monitoring platforms (GrayLog, Elastic, or similar) is a plus
• Basic understanding of REST APIs - Postman, Swagger - is a plus

We are looking for a AQA to join our international team. The role focuses on testing Salesforce CRM functionality and integrations with other applications and services. The position includes approximately 70% manual testing and 30% test automation. You will also become part of an experienced QA team responsible for ensuring the overall quality of testing activities and maintaining automated test coverage across the entire product. The team is international, mainly based in Ukraine, Belgium, Spain, Columbia, etc.
