Our client is looking for a proactive SMM Specialist who can independently drive social media growth, create engaging content strategies, and scale audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Role Overview:You’ll become part of a growing marketing team of 50+ professionals, including Affiliate, Media Buying, SEO, Design, and Technical teams, working in a fast-paced international environment where creativity, testing, and speed are highly valued. We are looking for a strong SMM Specialist who can take ownership of social media direction, generate ideas independently, and build scalable content and audience growth strategies across multiple platforms and markets.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands and GEOs;
• Create and manage content plans aligned with marketing and business goals;
• Lead content production together with designers, editors, and external creators;
• Launch and manage social media campaigns focused on audience growth and engagement;
• Work with paid promotion and advertising campaigns across different social media platforms;
• Collaborate with Media Buying teams on testing, scaling, and audience targeting strategies;
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data;
• Monitor trends, competitors, platform updates, and emerging content formats;
• Generate and test new hypotheses for audience acquisition and retention;
• Work closely with Affiliate, Media Buying, and Product teams to align communication and campaigns;
• Participate in launching and developing new social media channels and communities;
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations;
• Maintain high content quality and consistency across all platforms;
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements to current processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher. Portuguese or Spanish will be an advantage;
• 3+ years of experience in SMM, digital marketing, or content marketing;
• Strong understanding of modern social media platforms, algorithms, and content mechanics;
• Experience working with paid advertising tools on social media platforms;
• Experience building content strategies focused on growth and engagement;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance metrics;
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach;
• Understanding of trends in influencer marketing, short-form content, and community growth;
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization will be an advantage;

About the role
This is not a pure administrative assistant role.
This role sits at the center of the AI & Advisory function and helps keep commercial, operational, and executive work moving. You will support the Global Head of AI & Advisory across scheduling, follow-up, pipeline coordination, proposal preparation, CRM hygiene, meeting logistics, internal handoffs, and high-quality business materials.
The right person is not waiting to be told every next step. They are the kind of operator who notices gaps, follows through, chases loose ends, keeps records clean, and helps senior people stay focused on the highest-value work.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales coordination, business operations, executive support, or commercial administration in a B2B, technology, or professional services environment.
 

What you will do
 

• Own scheduling and coordination for internal, client, partner, and prospect meetings
• Manage calendar logistics for the Global Head of AI & Advisory, including prioritization, rescheduling, preparation, and follow-up
• Coordinate meeting agendas, briefing materials, action items, and next steps so conversations turn into execution
• Help prepare polished proposals, presentations, briefs, and other external-facing business materials
• Maintain accurate records across HubSpot and related systems so meetings, outreach, follow-up, and pipeline activity are current and visible
• Support opportunity coordination across AI & Advisory, Business Development, Service Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery
• Track internal dependencies, approvals, and handoffs so opportunities and projects do not stall
• Monitor shared inboxes and help route, triage, and close the loop on inbound requests
• Support reporting and operational visibility across pipeline, activity, and priority workstreams
• Maintain organized folders, templates, collateral, and working documents for the AI & Advisory practice
• Coordinate logistics for client, partner, and internal events when needed
• Handle travel and expense coordination as required
• Help create structure where structure does not yet exist

What we are looking for
 

• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, executive support, business operations, or commercial administration
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong organizational discipline and follow-through
• Very high attention to detail
• Comfort working across multiple systems at once without losing track of priorities
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Strong PowerPoint / presentation and document-formatting skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and move work forward without constant supervision
• Good judgment, professionalism, and discretion
• Confidence working with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Comfort in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Strong digital fluency, including confidence learning new tools quickly

Nice to have
 

• Experience in a technology, MSP, SaaS, consulting, or professional services business
• Experience supporting sales teams, proposals, or RFP responses
• Experience working in a remote international team
• Familiarity with AI tools for note-taking, drafting, research, or workflow support
