One focused task: find top candidates for hard-to-fill IT roles and deliver a simple table — LinkedIn profile link + 1–2 lines on why they fit.
 

⚠️ No outreach. No messaging. No screening or interviews. All candidate communication is handled on our side. You source, we do the rest.
 

What matters:
— Non-obvious search: X-Ray, boolean, GitHub / Stack Overflow / niche communities — not just LinkedIn Recruiter
— Solid grasp of tech stacks, so you can tell a real match from a "looks similar" profile
— English good enough to read and assess profiles
— Discipline: no duplicates, no "close enough"

Volume: target of 35 accepted profiles per day across a portfolio of several open roles (with a ramp-up in month one).

Required Skills & Experience:

Core recruitment skills:

• Knowledge of direct search/headhunting techniques and recruiting/sourcing tools;
• Good understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with the technical terminology;
• Experience in recruiting a wide variety of roles in IT and a desire to work on non-IT roles (finance, marketing, legal, etc.);
• Experience in collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations;
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher is a must!

Our team mainly works in a full recruitment cycle: from the first call with a hiring manager to an accepted offer. Формат роботи: гібридний формат.

Функціональні обов’язки:

• Повний цикл підбору персоналу: від отримання заявки до виходу кандидата на роботу.
• Тісна співпраця з керівниками підрозділів для визначення потреб у персоналі.
• Пошук, залучення, проведення інтерв’ю та оцінка кандидатів на різноманітні корпоративні й операційні позиції.
• Забезпечення позитивного досвіду кандидатів на всіх етапах рекрутингового процесу.
• Використання сучасних методів пошуку кандидатів та професійних рекрутингових інструментів.
• Участь у розвитку HR-бренду компанії та вдосконаленні процесів підбору персоналу.

• Аналіз ринку праці та використання аналітики для підтримки ефективних рішень щодо найму.

Ви будете працювати з різноплановими вакансіями - від інженерних та виробничих до IT та управлінських, безпосередньо впливаючи на формування команди, яка створює сучасні рішення для енергетики майбутнього.

Основні завдання:

• Формування та актуалізація профілю вакансії;
• Пошук кандидатів (job-сайти, LinkedIn, рекомендації, тощо);
• Первинний відбір резюме;
• Проведення телефонних / онлайн інтерв'ю;
• Організація та супровід етапів відбору з менеджерами;
• Оцінка компетенцій, мотивації та відповідності корпоративній культурі;
• Надання зворотного зв’язку кандидатам;
• Супровід кандидата до моменту виходу на роботу (offer, документи, дата старту);
• Ведення бази кандидатів та аналітики з підбору;
• Участь у розвитку HR-бренду роботодавця;
• Дотримання термінів закриття вакансій та стандартів компанії.

Наші очікування:

• Досвід роботи в рекрутингу від 2-х років;
• Вища освіта (напрямок управління персоналом або технічний напрямок буде перевагою);
• Досвід роботи в IT (буде перевагою);
• Рівень англійської мови не нижче Intermediate;

• Знання методів пошуку та оцінки кандидатів;

Наш ідеальний кандидат:
 

• Має досвід у рекрутингу від 2 років (бажано в IT або iGaming).
• Закривав вакансії різного рівня складності - від джунів до сіньор.
• Має досвід роботи з технічними та нетехнічними позиціями.
• Вміє працювати з різними каналами пошуку (LinkedIn, job boards, рекомендації тощо).
• Має сильні комунікаційні та переговорні навички.
• Вміє будувати довгострокові відносини з кандидатами та hiring-менеджерами.
• Вміє працювати з аналітикою та рекрутинговою воронкою. 
   

Основні обов'язки:
 

• Повний цикл рекрутингу: від пошуку кандидатів до фінальної пропозиції та створення Job Offer.
• Активний пошук кандидатів через різні платформи та канали (LinkedIn, job-сайти, соцмережі, рекомендації).
• Побудова та підтримка довгострокових відносин з кандидатами.
• Оцінка резюме та проведення інтерв'ю.
• Комунікація з hiring-менеджерами щодо відкриття та статусу вакансій.
• Створення профілів вакансій та написання job descriptions.
• Аналіз рекрутингової воронки та підготовка звітності.
• Виявлення слабких місць у процесі та пропозиції щодо покращення.
