• Адміністрування та підтримка серверів Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Контейнеризація сервісів у Docker, Docker Compose, налаштування CI/CD (GitLab CI)
• Налаштування VPN (WireGuard, OpenVPN), брандмауерів, SSL-сертифікатів
• Оптимізація та тюнінг Nginx (роутинг, кешування, балансування)
• Робота з базами даних MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse (реплікація, бекапи, оптимізація)
• Моніторинг систем за допомогою Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana
• Автоматизація рутинних задач (Bash/Python-скрипти)

Основні обов’язки:

- Взаємодія з професійною спільнотою та користувачами (комунікація зі спеціалістами різних профілів на етапі впровадження та експлуатації платформ EKS + Karpenter + Terraform Kubernetes, ведення і розвиток технічної спільноти в межах банку, підтримка і консультування користувачів)
- Ведення документації, створення контенту (написання статей, туторіалів, гайдів по платформі EKS, розробка демо-проєктів, best practices, прикладів конфігурацій, оновлення документації, поліпшення Developer Experience)
- Робота з фідбеком, покращення платформи (збір і аналіз фідбека; передача інсайтів в продуктові і технічні команди; участь в тестуванні нових фіч, пошук вузьких місць; моніторинг нових технологій)
- Виступи та проведення заходів (ведення вебінарів, мітапів, конференцій; проведення внутрішніх і зовнішніх воркшопів по EKS, Karpenter, Terraform; запис технічних відео та стрімів на DevOps тематику; розвиток DevOps best practices всередині спільноти)

Основні вимоги:

- Вища освіта (бажано технічна)
- Від 2 років досвід роботи з CI/CD (Git, ArgoCD) 
- Досвід роботи з AWS (IAM, VPC, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling,EKS,ECS,EBS,ECR) від 2 років
- Від 2 років досвід в управлінні конфігурацією інфраструктури, IaC, DevOps-практиках
- Досвід ведення документації
- Досвід публічних виступів, ведення блогів
- розуміння принципів роботи EKS + Karpenter + Terraform Kubernetes
- Вміння пояснювати складні технічні речі просто
- Навички роботи з професійною спільнотою та досвід підтримки розробників

Буде перевагою:
- Досвід роботи з CNCF-проектами (Crossplane, Prometheus, Istio)
- Досвід роботи із політиками безпеки 
- Навички запису відео, ведення стрімів, подкастів або навчальних програм
- Розуміння принципів роботи Helm
- Вміння писати код (Bash, Python) для автоматизації на експертному рівні

Обов'язки:
Підтримка Kubernetes-кластера (EKS).
Забезпечення надійності сервісів (HA, scaling, failover).
Побудова моніторингу та логування (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Інцидент-менеджмент та постмортеми.
Автоматизація повторюваних операцій.
Взаємодія з командами Dev та Ops.

Вимоги:
2+ роки досвіду на позиції SRE або суміжній ролі.
Досвід адміністрування Kubernetes, зокрема EKS.
Знання AWS Cloud, зокрема RDS, EKS, VPC, S3, IAM, Load Balancer.
Досвід з RabbitMQ, Docker, VPN (WireGuard).
Розуміння мережевої моделі OSI.
Вміння писати скрипти на Bash або Python.
Самоорганізованість та відповідальність.

Буде плюсом:
Досвід роботи з Kubernetes на bare-metal.
Попередній досвід системного адміністрування.
Поглиблені знання AWS Cloud сервісів.
