About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and predictable roadmap execution

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product company
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD principles
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to manage risks, priorities, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Basic technical understanding of API integrations, frontend vs backend architecture, and QA processes
• Experience working with distributed teams
• English level B2 or higher

We are looking for a strong Middle PM who takes ownership, drives execution, and wants to influence product delivery at scale.

We are looking for a proactive Team Lead to build, manage, and optimize our Support & Supply teams, ensuring high-quality customer experience and efficient operations. You will take ownership of daily team performance, workflows, Intercom processes, and motivation systems, conduct 1:1s and TIER meetings, monitor metrics and QA scores, resolve escalations, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
