We are an international fintech company operating in the Spanish online lending market since 2025. We are looking for a Meta Media Buyer who will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns for our mobile application.

We are looking for a specialist who understands the entire user journey—from the first ad impression to app installation, registration, in-app events, and ultimately the final business outcome.

Responsibilities

• Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Promote our mobile application with a focus on app installs, registrations, and downstream conversion events.
• Analyze the complete user funnel: Impression → Click → Install → Registration → Conversion.
• Optimize campaigns based on in-app events and monitor campaign performance.
• Track and improve key performance metrics including CPI, CPA, CAC, CPE, ROAS, LTV, Retention, and ARPU.
• Work with AppsFlyer or Adjust, ensuring accurate event tracking between the app, MMP, and Meta.
• Test new audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign strategies.
• Analyze traffic quality, identify growth opportunities, and scale successful campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports and collaborate closely with development, design, and analytics teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Proven experience promoting mobile applications.
• Mandatory experience with AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Strong background in performance marketing.
• Experience working in highly competitive or “gray” verticals such as fintech, lending, loans, crypto, gambling, betting, or similar industries.
• Practical experience running campaigns optimized for installs, registrations, and downstream conversions.
• Solid understanding of Meta SDK, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and mobile attribution principles.
• Experience optimizing campaigns based on in-app events.
• Strong understanding of key performance metrics and mobile traffic quality analysis.
• Self-driven, analytical, and focused on achieving business results.

• Understanding of SKAdNetwork, App Tracking Transparency (ATT), and iOS attribution.
• Experience conducting A/B testing for creatives and scaling advertising accounts.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets.
• Understanding of post-conversion metrics such as approval rate, retention, LTV, repeat loans, and repeat purchases.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Cloud/Tableau Server.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration.
• Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Permission Sets.
• Understanding of data analysis principles and reporting best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, and other declarative features.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business reporting.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and Tableau solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across Salesforce and reporting environments.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce and Tableau-related issues and provide user support.
• Prepare documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for end users.

Responsibilities:

• Design and document game features end-to-end: core mechanics, meta systems, and progression.
• Own game balance and economy tuning — configure values, model progression curves, and iterate.
• Create clear, actionable design documentation (GDDs, feature specs, flowcharts) for developers and artists.
• Research market trends and competitor titles in the hybrid casual space to generate feature ideas.
• Set up and tune content in Unity (levels, configs, ScriptableObjects) — no coding required, but hands-on work in the editor is expected.
   

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a game designer on mobile projects, ideally hybrid casual or casual.
• Strong generalist skill set: comfortable with systems design, level design, economy balancing, and UX flows.
• Solid understanding of F2P monetization and retention mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with Unity editor (scenes, prefabs, configs).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets for balancing and economy modeling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behavior and preferences.
