Our platform is a CS2 case-opening product preparing for an international launch. We need a Facebook Media Buyer to launch and scale Meta campaigns against CAC and first-time depositor (FTD) targets.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing or media buying experience.
• Strong Meta Ads expertise: campaign structure, Pixel/CAPI, creative testing, and scaling.
• Experience with iGaming, betting, crypto, nutra, or another high-moderation vertical.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $30K+ with clear CAC/FTD results.
• Working knowledge of trackers, UTMs, attribution, and reporting.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian, plus English at B2 level or higher.
• Experience with CS2, gaming audiences, or TikTok Ads is a plus

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a GNC Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of guidance, navigation, and control software for autonomous robotic systems.

In this role, you will work on the core flight software responsible for vehicle guidance, navigation, and control, with a primary focus on unmanned aerial systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to develop new capabilities, integrate software with new hardware platforms, improve system performance, and investigate real-world operational issues.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) software for autonomous systems
• Develop new features and improve existing functionality within the PX4 Autopilot ecosystem
• Design and implement reliable, high-quality onboard software in C++
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate software with new platforms
• Analyze UAV flight logs to identify anomalies, evaluate vehicle behavior, troubleshoot system issues, and determine root causes
