Must have

• 1+ year at a digital marketing agency as a Project Manager or Account Manager. This is the experience that matters most to us
• Advanced English. We have team all over Europe and US - communication is key.
• Confidence with Google Workspace: Drive, Meet, Sheets, Calendar, and more
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (ClickUp)
• Strong attention to detail. You notice when something's off, and you actually do something about it
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Openness to learning new tools, processes, and ways of working

Nice to have

• Some understanding of media buying
• Familiarity with traffic channels like Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, and others

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, and maintain company information in databases and internal systems. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
• Review documents and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and organize digital and electronic records.
• Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.
• Perform regular data quality checks and updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
• Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets as required.
• Communicate with team members to resolve missing or incorrect information.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
