Your main duty would be to book demos with opportunities generated by our marketing department. It means: reply to interested leads, consistent follow-up them, re-approach leads from CRM, to book as much demos as possible.

What We Expect from a Appointment Setter:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience of appointment setting,  practical experience with English-speaking customers.
• Strong follow-up discipline. You understand that consistency wins and know how to follow up with prospects to engage them and move the dialogue forward to book a demo. 
• Not only Consulting, but also Convincing. You know how to keep customers engaged through follow-ups, clearly highlight the value of our offer, handle questions and objections, and always move the conversation towards to book a demo. 
• A structured approach to appointment setting. We sell a "mono-offer", proven product and believe in following scripts and patterns that work rather than reinventing the process for every prospect from scratch. At the same time, we don’t sell to robots - you need to follow the pattern and adopt the script it for each customer. Your ultimate goal is simple: Book Demos.
• A proven track record as of Appointment Setting you can demonstrate with numbers. During the interview, we’ll expect you to discuss your previous results clearly: how many deals you closed, over what period, your conversion rates, average deal size, sales cycle, and other relevant metrics. Strong salespeople know their numbers.

TURBOTA is looking for its first dedicated B2B Sales Manager to build our corporate sales pipeline from the ground up.

The main focus of this role is outbound lead generation: finding relevant companies and decision-makers, starting conversations, and managing opportunities from the first contact to payment.

What you will do

Outbound lead generation — the main focus

• Build and maintain a database of target companies and decision-makers

• Test target segments, messaging, and outreach approaches

Sales and deal management

• Manage every opportunity in the CRM until payment or a clear next step

Who we are looking for

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, outbound lead generation, partnerships, agency sales, SDR, or BDR roles

• Experience independently building prospect lists and running cold outreach

• Results you can demonstrate through numbers: meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates, or revenue closed

• Strong CRM discipline and consistent follow-up habits

We're looking for a Solution Expert to join our Client Support team and become the go-to person our clients trust when something isn't working the way it should.
 

You'll own a queue of cases from the moment they land to the moment they're resolved, working across our support portal, email, and phone. Our platform runs ticketing and live event management, so if you've worked in that world before, great, and if you haven't, we'll teach you. What matters more is that you're genuinely curious about how things work, patient enough to walk someone through a fix, and quick enough to think on your feet when the queue gets busy.
 

What you'll do

• Get to know the platform inside and out, so you can troubleshoot with confidence instead of guessing.
• Triage incoming cases and turn client questions into clear, practical solutions, explained in plain language whether you're writing an email or talking someone through it live.
• Dig into reported issues: reproduce the behavior, find the cause, and either fix it or hand it off to a Technical Solution Expert with a clean, complete summary.
• Run walkthroughs and consulting sessions when clients are learning something new, and keep them in the loop throughout the life of a case so they never have to chase you for an update.

• Notice the patterns behind recurring issues and speak up about product gaps or process fixes.

What you bring

• Client-facing support or service desk experience, ideally at a SaaS or tech company, and a real track record of turning a confused client into a happy one.
• Strong written and spoken English, with the knack for explaining something technical without the jargon.
• A methodical troubleshooting mindset: comfortable in web applications, able to read configuration settings and make sense of error messages, and unafraid of a tricky case.
• Experience working against SLAs inside a ticketing or case management system, and the ability to juggle a queue where priorities shift by the hour.
• Comfort with Windows and/or macOS, browsers, and everyday internet tools.
• A plus if you've trained clients on software before, or if you know the ticketing and live events world already.

Role Overview

This is a core role for someone who will become the bridge between the management, internal development teams, and our company’s AI infrastructure.

The core mission of this position is to drive the game development process, organize workflows, and simultaneously ensure that our internal data is collected, structured, and AI-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Development Cycle: Manage end-to-end game production from concept and prototyping through to global launch and LiveOps.
• Partner with the Producer: Work closely with the Game Producer to align on project vision, scope, roadmaps, and milestone deliverables.
• AI & Knowledge Management: Structure internal production data, Game Design Documents (GDDs), and technical specifications in a clear, logical, and AI-friendly format.
• Team Management & Synergy: Support cross-functional teams (Art, Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing) to ensure tasks are clear and executed efficiently without bottlenecks.
• Task & Backlog Management: Maintain project management tools (like Jira, Notion) and populate knowledge bases with up-to-date information.
• Documentation & Standards: Document business processes, internal policies, and production workflows, participating in building standards for how corporate knowledge is stored and utilized by AI.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify production risks early, monitoring development velocity and ensuring ongoing maintenance of the knowledge bases.
