    Who are we looking for?

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Customer Success team.

     

    Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing trust, loyalty, and satisfaction among our premium users. Your responsibilities will be focused on providing exclusive and recognized support to elevate the overall customer experience within the premium segment. Your interactions will stimulate a strong emotional connection between our brand and premium clients, contributing to increased customer lifetime value and higher retention rates.

    About you:

    • At least 2 years on Customer Support Agent, Account Manager, Customer Success, Premium (VIP) support positions;
    • Proficient in English (B2+ level, both written and oral);
    • Experience in CRM and Zendesk platforms;
    • Customer data analysis skills;
    • Empathy towards customer needs and concerns;
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Critical thinking to address complex customer issues;
    • Effective time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
