Requirements:

• Proven experience attending and working at industry conferences, including partner prospecting and lead generation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills – ability to articulate value propositions and establish clear partnership terms
• Analytical skills for partner identification and collaboration opportunities
• Capability to develop and implement motivational programs for partners

• Identify potential partners, focusing on high-potential market segments
• Develop attractive cooperation terms for partners, including commissions and bonuses
• Organize meetings, negotiations, and presentations to establish clear cooperation terms
• Implement motivational programs to stimulate partner activity and client acquisition
• Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the partner network and promote our company
• Monitor markets for new trends, opportunities, and competitors
