Strong understanding of different deal models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid

English at B2+ level; knowledge of other languages is a plus
 

We’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketer with hands-on experience in launching performance-driven campaigns and implementing data-driven strategies. If you’re passionate about growth marketing and lead generation for the U.S. market - we’d love to meet you.

Requirements:

 
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Digital Marketer or similar role.

- Hands-on experience in developing and launching advertising campaigns.

- Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing),

- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

- Experience working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager for event setup and conversion tracking.

- Ability to work with CRM systems (Active Collab or similar).

- Experience with SEO (both basic and technical aspects).

- Excellent communication skills in English (Intermediate level or higher).

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (multitasking) and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical thinking and performance-driven mindset.

- Proactive attitude with the ability to propose and implement new ideas.

Bonus Skills (a plus):
 

- Experience with Email Marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).

- Experience in creating reports and dashboards in Looker Studio.

Relevant certifications:

- Google Ads Search Certification,

- Google Analytics Certification.
