    Key Responsibilities

    Team Events & Engagement

    • Full-cycle organization of online teambuilding events and employee activations (independently or with a team).
    • End-to-end management of international offline team events: concept creation, budgeting, venue and vendor sourcing, program development, employee engagement activities, and onsite coordination.

    Corporate Merch & Gifts

    HR Support & Special Projects

    What We Expect From You

    Experience & Skills

    • Proven experience in creating offline events from scratch (corporate events, teambuildings, hackathons, training sessions). Portfolio required.
    • Experience with international project execution is a significant advantage.
    • Experience in organizing online events.
    • Strong aesthetic sense, good taste, and understanding of trends in IT/iGaming.
    • Experience creating corporate merch from idea to delivery; ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong writing skills: ability to adapt to corporate tone of voice and create clear, structured, engaging content. Experience in SMM or copywriting is a plus.
    • English level B1+.
