We are looking for a CRM Retention Manager who will help transform CRM into a systematic growth driver for the product.

In this role, you will be responsible not just for communications, but for user retention, LTV growth, and building lifecycle mechanics that directly impact business performance.
 

This is a role for someone who thinks in hypotheses, experiments, segmentation, and metrics, not just campaign launches.

You will have a direct impact on the product, test new retention approaches, and scale CRM as one of the key growth channels.

 

Your responsibilities

• Build and develop the CRM retention strategy across all stages of the user lifecycle.

• Launch, optimize, and scale CRM campaigns across email / push / SMS / in-app channels.

• Build automated lifecycle journeys including:
onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and winback flows.

• Segment audiences based on behavioral, product, and transactional data.

• Personalize communications to improve conversion, retention, and user engagement.

• Analyze CRM performance and work with key metrics including:
Retention (D1 / D7 / D30), Churn Rate, LTV, ARPU, Conversion Rate, Reactivation Rate.

• Run A/B tests, analyze results, and scale winning initiatives.

• Identify churn drivers and launch retention hypotheses to reduce churn and bring users back.

Ми будуємо ML-платформу для аналізу аудіо та текстової інформації — з
високою зашумленістю, складними акустичними умовами та великою
різноманітністю лексики. Це повний life-cycle: збір та підготовка даних,
тренування моделей (ASR, VAD, класифікація тексту, NER, ембеддинги),
експорт у продакшн (ONNX / TensorRT / Triton) та інтеграція у потокові
пайплайни (Apache Flink, RabbitMQ, Kafka). Кінцеві споживачі — аналітики,
які працюють з великими обсягами інформації; тому якість моделей та
якість їх інженерної реалізації одинаково критичні.
