    We are currently looking for a Compliance Manager for our partner company TENTENS Tech. TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the social discovery industry. The TENTENS Tech team has experience in successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, for now).
     

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    • Researching and analyzing regulatory frameworks and case law on consumer protection and data protection with a focus on the USA and the EU;
    • Monitoring developments in regulatory frameworks and raising stakeholders’ awareness;
    • Identifying potential legal risks in close collaboration with stakeholders and helping develop risk mitigation strategies;
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal company policies and external regulatory requirements (laws, industry standards, etc.);
    • Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures.
       

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • 1+ years of experience in law firms, Big 4, or local/international top-tier companies;
    • A degree in law from a Ukrainian or foreign university (or currently in the final year of studies);
    • Fluent English (B2+, both verbal and written);
    • Action-oriented, well-organized, self-starter;
    • Ownership and a high level of responsibility;
    • Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve complex issues;
    • Professional mindset (discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information, commitment to accuracy and quality, adaptability to evolving priorities);
    • Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear business solutions;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
       

    Will Be a Plus:

    • Knowledge of consumer protection laws in the USA and EU (FTC Act, Negative Option Rule, ROSCA, OMNIBUS Directive, etc.);
    • Understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations/frameworks, especially in the context of AI use;
    • Participation in moot court competitions.

    About You

    As a Trainee/Junior Project Manager, you will support Project Managers and Engineering leadership by handling day-to-day coordination, tracking, and reporting activities. Your focus will be on maintaining organized workflows within Jira, Confluence, and communication channels, ensuring project visibility, and enabling smooth execution across engineering initiatives.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, pays strong attention to detail, and wants to grow in project management and agile delivery practices.

     

     

    Qualifications & Skills

    • 1 year of experience in project coordination, delivery, or a similar role;
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management or a related field;
    • Good understanding of project management and Agile principles;
    • Experience working with Jira and Confluence (mandatory);
    • Basic knowledge of Copilot AI;
    • Strong organizational and time management skills;
    • Ability to maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities;
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and dependencies;
    • Proactive approach to follow-ups and stakeholder communication;
    • Experience preparing reports, dashboards for leadership review;
    • Upper-Intermediate level of English.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and task tracking in Jira and Confluence;
    • Ensure project dependencies are clearly identified, logged, and tracked across related projects;
    • Follow up on action items captured by Copilot AI Facilitator and ensure they are reflected in Jira;
    • Prepare and draft recurring reports, including biweekly status updates and the Engineering Monthly Bulletin;
    • Support the coordination of sprints, releases, and engineering activities by ensuring information and blockers are surfaced early;
    • Help maintain visibility on project health, risks, and progress to keep the entire engineering organization aligned;
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, sprint ceremonies, and release planning sessions;
    • Support communication between teams and stakeholders through updates and reports;
    • Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating blockers as needed to the Project Manager;
    • Assist in drafting and publishing engineering bulletins, dashboards, and progress summaries.

     Ukraine only: remote.
