Use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Antigravity as core development tools—not as

Leverage AI for rapid prototyping, debugging, and shipping velocity.

⚡ Rapid Prototyping & Production

Prototype quickly with Lovable (no-code/low-code for MVP velocity). Take

prototypes to production-grade SaaS. Ship MVPs in weeks, not months. Iterate

based on user feedback at speed.

🔧 Integrations & Automations

Build Telegram bots and custom integrations. Work with Google Ads API and

advertising platforms. Create marketing automation pipelines. Connect internal

systems with external services (Zapier, Make, etc.). Manage API integrations

at scale.

Own the entire tech stack and architecture decisions. Define best practices

About the role

Podcasts are one of the best ways our clients build authority and get in front of the right buyers. Right now booking happens ad hoc. Your job is to make it a machine.

You'll own podcast guest booking end to end, for the founder and for clients from day one: finding the right shows, pitching hosts, running the matching platforms, handling the back-and-forth, scheduling, and keeping every detail organized after the booking is made. Over time, you turn what works into a documented service Avium can sell and scale.

You won't just send pitches. You'll help build how we do podcast booking at Avium.

What success looks like

By ~30 days

• You know the founder and clients well enough to pitch them accurately
• A target list of relevant podcasts exists for each person you're booking
• First outreach is going out and replies are coming back
• A simple tracker shows every pitch and its status

By ~90 days

• A documented booking workflow: research, targeting, outreach, follow-up, host call, scheduling, handoff
• Templates exist: pitch angles, follow-up sequences, booking tracker, guest one-sheet
• A steady flow of booked appearances across the founder and client accounts

By ~6 months

• The system is proven and ready to run as a productized service

What you will do

Book podcasts (founder + clients)

• Research and build target lists of shows that reach the right audience
• Vet each show: host, format, audience, past guests, fit

About The Role 

The scope of this role is to take full ownership of the end-to-end number porting process, ensuring every request is executed with precision, speed, and a relentless focus on the customer experience.

You will work closely with the Product team and other departments to identify growth opportunities, build effective sales processes, and develop strong partnership channels. We are especially interested in people who bring channels or approaches we haven't tried yet. We'll jointly decide which directions are most worth pursuing for the period, and from there work can be independent or in close collaboration with the team, depending on the channel. 

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities

• Map market opportunities and prioritize high-potential segments

• Clarify pain points and needs of target audiences

• Identify underutilized channels, design an approach to test them, and scale what works

• Bring channels or approaches from your own experience that we haven’t tried yet

2. Drive direct B2B sales

• Shape offers for key segments together with the Product team

• Build and manage the sales pipeline from outreach to close

•  Build and run multi-touch outreach sequences - several touchpoints over days/weeks to the same lead - targeting DevOps teams, IT managers, and CTOs of SMBs

3. Develop partnerships

• Launch and grow referral and affiliate programs

• Build win-win integrations with complementary product/service providers

• Develop co-marketing, channel, and strategic partnerships

• Explore marketplace and reseller placements (e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP marketplace, hosting marketplaces) where relevant to the product

 

Requirements

• 1+ years of independently managing a full B2B sales or business development cycle

• Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach - email sequences, cold outreach. Has tested channels independently, not just used a ready-made system

• Ability to identify growth opportunities and apply effective sales strategies

• Experience launching a channel from scratch (one we may not be using yet) that delivered measurable results

• Experience defining target audiences, testing hypotheses, and identifying high-LTV segments

• Understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and key commercial metrics

• Understanding of the product market fit

• Strong market research and competitor analysis skills

• Negotiation skills and ability to drive deals to closure

• Confident with AI tools, automation, and modern sales/growth stack

• Experience building and developing win-win partnerships

• English B2+

 

Nice to Have

• Experience with referral or affiliate

• Background in web hosting, infrastructure, SaaS, or adjacent niches

• Experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar)

• Attended or represented a company at tech/hosting events or meetups

Working Conditions

Format: remote, 5 working days / 2 days off

Schedule: 9:00 - 18:00, flexible lunch break of 1 hour between 12:00 and 15:00

Trial period: 2–3 months (may be completed early, retroactively)

Contract: FOP - after successful adaptation
