Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain: Build robust solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC/Aura, and Flow Builder.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, SOQL).
• Frontend: Solid understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security concepts (Sharing/Visibility), and Governor Limits.
• Engineering Excellence: Familiarity with design patterns, Git version control, and CI/CD processes.
• Language: English level B2 or higher (both written and verbal).

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

Possessing experience or certifications in the following specialized Clouds will be considered a significant advantage:

• Sales Cloud: Expertise in automating complex sales processes and opportunity management.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Casino manager to support the day-to-day running of our online casino. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the SoftSwiss CMS, with a strong focus on building and managing game sections, tournaments, promotional pages, and all ongoing CMS content updates. Key Responsibilities

SoftSwiss CMS Management

• Create, update, and optimise game categories, lobbies, landing pages, and tournament pages within the SoftSwiss CMS.
• Upload and configure new game releases, including metadata, tags, artwork, and provider assets.
• Implement and maintain promotional content, banners, and dynamic components across the site.
• Ensure all onsite content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand and regulatory guidelines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.

   

Operational Project Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of casino campaigns, tournaments, new feature rollouts, and product updates.
• Coordinate workflow between Design, Content, Development, Marketing, CRM and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain operational calendars, deadlines, and documentation to ensure smooth campaign production.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Liaise with Development for CMS improvements, bug fixes, or new feature requests.

Skills & Experience Required

• 1–3+ years experience in online casino operations, CMS management, or similar role.

• вища юридична освіта (міжнародне право або суміжні напрямки);
• рівень англійської — не нижче C1 (здатність самостійно вести переговори та офіційне листування);
• досвід підготовки юридичних документів у контексті міжнародної взаємодії;
• розуміння принципів міжнародного публічного права та договірної практики;
• здатність працювати автономно, з високим рівнем відповідальності та в умовах багаторівневих задач.

Буде перевагою:

• досвід роботи в органах державної влади, міжнародних організаціях або донорських структурах;

In your role as a Motion Design Specialist/Editor, you will turn our clients’ ideas into engaging narratives with your impressive experience and creative approach.

Essential Skills:

— Experience with After Effects and Davinci Resolve, the ability to create impressive motion design videos, demonstrating creativity and technical competence in visual storytelling.

— Candidate must have skills in working with dynamic graphic elements and animation, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into smooth and expressive visual narratives effectively.

— Proficiency in Blender, Unreal Engine, or Cinema 4D will be a big plus.

Now we are looking for someone to join our team and take an active role in growing our presence in the Polish market.
 

What you will do:
 

• Learn DRCT products and how the aviation industry works.
• Proactively reach out to travel agents (outbound) and schedule demos.
• Work with email sequences and handle objections.
• Present the product to potential clients and drive contract signings.
• Onboard new clients.
• Persuade clients to start actively using the product.
• Support clients with any ongoing issues they may have.
• Upsell current partners to connect new channels and use other DRCT products.
   

Requirements:
 

• Polish advanced speaking skills: 
  You can confidently communicate with clients in Polish and clearly deliver value.
• Based in Warsaw:
  You are currently located in Warsaw and available for in-person meetings with customers.
• 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales:
  You know where to find leads, how to approach them, and feel confident in outbound — it motivates you rather than drains you.
• Strong ownership mentality: 
  You`re able to take responsibility for your actions, leads, and performance. You care about the final result, not just completing tasks.
• Active and high-energy: 
  You are easy to talk to, build rapport quickly, and bring positive, confident energy into every interaction.
• Interested in the aviation field:
  You are curious about the aviation industry, care about what you sell, and are ready to learn a complex product domain.
• Fast learner and self-educator:
  You quickly deep dive into new topics, independently search for answers, and adapt fast in complex environments.
