Ключові обов’язки

• Повний цикл постачання проєкту: Володіти життєвим циклом проєкту — від концепції та прототипування до льотних випробувань, серійного виробництва та розгортання.
• Кросфункціональне лідерство: Координувати взаємодію між командами механіки, електроніки та розробки ПЗ для безшовної системної інтеграції (наприклад, інтеграція корисних навантажень, сенсорів і каналів зв’язку).
• Життєвий цикл апаратної частини та системна інтеграція: Керувати повним циклом розробки “заліза” — очолювати фізичну та функціональну інтеграцію механічних конструкцій, кастомної авіоніки, сенсорних корисних навантажень і програмних стеків.
• Внутрішнє та зовнішнє виробництво і управління постачальниками: Бути основною контактною особою для внутрішнього та зовнішнього виконання виробництва. Керувати структурами PLM/BOM, супроводжувати інженерні зміни (ECR/ECO), забезпечувати дотримання стандартів якості (QA/QC).
• Виробнича документація та управління BOM: Створювати та підтримувати виробничу документацію (BOM, інструкції зі складання/тестування, контроль ревізій). Забезпечувати готовність документації до виробництва та узгодженість між інженерією і виробництвом.
• Управління ресурсами та строками: Розробляти детальні плани проєктів, керувати циклами та відстежувати віхи, використовуючи інструменти на кшталт Notion, Jira або MS Project.
• Координація кількох проєктів: Координувати кілька паралельних ініціатив БПЛА та інтеграційних стрімів, керуючи залежностями, пріоритетами та ресурсами між командами й зовнішніми партнерами.
• Зниження ризиків та QA: Рано виявляти технічні й операційні вузькі місця. Керувати плануванням польових і льотних випробувань для валідації продуктивності системи, безпеки та надійності.
• Підтримка кодифікації: Допомагати в процесах кодифікації виробу, забезпечуючи узгоджену нумерацію деталей, базові конфігурації та трасованість від інженерних артефактів до виробничих поставок.
• Комунікація зі стейкхолдерами та звітність: Перекладати складні технічні вимоги до БПЛА у зрозумілі бізнес-цілі для стейкхолдерів, клієнтів і нетехнічних команд.

Обов’язкові кваліфікації

• 3–5+ років досвіду в технічному управлінні проєктами, бажано в розробці апаратних продуктів, авіакосмічній сфері, робототехніці або обороні.
• Підтверджений досвід доведення складних електромеханічних продуктів від R&D до виробництва.
• Впевнене володіння Agile-методологіями та інструментами PM (Notion, Jira, Confluence, Asana тощо).

• Глибоке розуміння архітектури БПЛА (планери, силові установки, енергосистема).
• Знання польотних контролерів (наприклад, Pixhawk, Cube) та firmware (Betaflight, ArduPilot, PX4).
• Знання ПЗ наземної станції керування (GCS) (наприклад, QGroundControl, Mission Planner) та протоколів зв’язку на кшталт MAVLink.
• Розуміння типових корисних навантажень БПЛА (EO/IR камери, LiDAR, RF сенсори) та систем телеметрії даних.

• Розробка конструкції планера: фюзеляжу, крила, оперення, силових елементів, кріплень та механізмів.

  • площі та геометрії крила;
  • профілю крила;
  • горизонтального та вертикального оперення;

• Розрахунок необхідних характеристик сервоприводів:
  • необхідного моменту;
  • швидкості переміщення;
  • необхідної кутової швидкості;
  • навантаження на сервопривід залежно від швидкості польоту та геометрії керуючої поверхні.
• Підбір матеріалів та конструктивних рішень з урахуванням маси, міцності та технологічності виробництва.
• Створення 3D-моделей деталей, вузлів та повних assemblies у CAD.
• Підготовка креслень та конструкторської документації.
• Участь у виготовленні та складанні прототипів.
• Аналіз результатів наземних та льотних випробувань.
• Ітеративне вдосконалення конструкції за результатами тестів.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing the client base: retaining, reactivating, and upgrading players from the casual segment to VIP through systematic personal communication (calls, emails, and messengers).

What you will do:
•  Work with a warm client base assigned to the manager and continuously replenished, including warm calls and messaging;
•  Sell our product to clients in order to grow them to higher levels and retain them within the project;
•  Handle incoming client requests and work with objections.

What you will need for this: 
•  1+ year of experience in sales or account management;
•  Knowledge of sales techniques and sales structure (sales process, identifying client needs);
•  English proficiency at B2+ level;
•  Strong communication skills;
•  Experience with Excel / Google Sheets;
•  Analytical mindset, proactivity, structured approach, and responsibility;
•  Self-organization and the ability to manage working time effectively.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to acquire new brands and develop existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and contact potential brands through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.

• Build and manage a pipeline of new brand opportunities.

• Negotiate and onboard new brands.

• Develop existing brand relationships and contracts.

• Negotiate better pricing, discounts, payment terms, and commercial conditions.

Compensation & Bonus

• Base Salary: $750/month

• 1% of net sales generated from each new brand successfully onboarded.

• The 1% commission is paid for 12 months per brand, starting from the first purchase order.

• Bonuses are calculated and paid monthly.

• Expected total earnings: approximately $850–$1,000+ per month, depending on performance.

We're looking for a motivated JavaScript developer at the junior or trainee level to join a team that builds production-grade web scrapers for enterprise clients. Your work will run on enterprise-level web data infrastructure used by some of the world's most recognizable brands - from Fortune 500 retailers like Nike to global technology companies like Philips - powering their market research, price intelligence, and competitive data pipelines.

This is a hands-on engineering role. You won't be writing toy examples - from early on you'll be building real scrapers that extract structured data at scale.

Responsibilities

- Analyze target websites using Chrome DevTools to understand DOM structure and network requests

- Write JavaScript scrapers using Cheerio and related libraries

- Craft precise CSS selectors and XPath expressions to reliably target data elements

- Use Postman to inspect APIs and reverse-engineer data endpoints where applicable

- Handle pagination, dynamic content, and common anti-scraping patterns

- Deliver clean, structured output data (JSON/CSV) per client specifications

- Maintain and update existing scrapers as target sites change

Requirements

- 1 year of JavaScript experience in any context (commercial, freelance, or project-based), OR currently enrolled in / recently graduated from a Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related program

- Understanding of HTML/DOM structure and HTTP basics

- Ability to learn independently and figure things out from documentation

Nice to have

- Any personal or academic projects involving scraping, parsing, or browser automation

- Familiarity with Node.js ecosystem

- Basic knowledge of how proxies or headless browsers work
