• Understanding of service-based IT sales, where decisions are driven by trust, business value, and strong communication.

• Genuine interest in sales, business development, digital services, and the IT environment.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales, business development, customer communication, account management, client support, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience with calls, negotiations, or presentations.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of the sales funnel, qualification, and ICP.
• Experience in IT, digital, or e-commerce environments.

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms or businesses such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, marketplaces, etc.

   

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients.
• Identify client needs, clarify the context of requests, and assess cooperation potential.
• Conduct or coordinate discovery and sales calls.
• Present Room15 Digital’s services, expertise, and value proposition.
• Handle questions, clarifications, and objections professionally.
• Record key information, agreements, and next steps in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the internal team to move opportunities forward effectively within the commercial process.

• Gradually take on more ownership in client communication and deal development.
