🎯 Що буде у твоєму списку завдань?

• Інтеграція LLM у продукти – підключення, налаштування та оптимізація комерційних LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral тощо).
• Розробка AI-орієнтованих рішень – створення чат-ботів, голосових агентів та інших AI-продуктів.
• Оптимізація роботи моделей – prompt-engineering, редукція галюцинацій, підвищення продуктивності відповідей.
• Співпраця з командою розробників – інтеграція AI-компонентів у бекенд-системи.
• Участь у технічних дзвінках з клієнтами – презентація поточного стану проєкту, збір вимог та уточнення очікувань.
• Дослідження та впровадження нових AI-рішень – аналіз нових моделей, API та фреймворків для покращення AI експертизи компанії.

⭐ У нас буде match, якщо ти маєш:

• 2+ роки досвіду роботи в AI/ML напрямку. 
• Відмінне знання Python – на цьому будується більшість наших рішень.
• Досвід роботи з LLM (GPT, Claude, Gemini), навички prompt-engineering – вмієш інтегрувати моделі у продукти та оптимізувати prompt під конкретні задачі.
• Досвід з SQL DBs – ти добре розумієш структурування даних і можеш працювати з великими обсягами.
• Продуктовий майндсет – ти мислиш не тільки технічно, а й з урахуванням потреб користувача. Готовий шукати найкращі рішення, а не просто “робити задачу”.
• Вільне володіння українською та англійською (Upper-Intermediate+) — бо спілкування з кастомерами — це частина роботи.

Мета проєкту - об’єднати всі ключові процеси управління обладнанням в офісі, майстерні та на будівельному майданчику в єдиному інтерфейсі. 

Що для нас важливо:

• комерційний досвід роботи з Python від 4 років
• знання Django
• досвід написання тестів
• вміння працювати з SQL та NoSQL базами
• досвід роботи з Docker та Kubernetes
• досвід проєктування мікросервісів та event-driven архітектури
• знання англійської на рівні В2 з досвідом усного спілкування по проєктам

Буде плюсом:
