About the project

Join one of our ongoing projects — a web platform designed for recruitment agencies to track job openings, monitor candidates, and calculate payments for successfully closed positions.

The product has been in use for a while and was recently transferred to our team from a previous vendor. We're now focused on improving the existing functionality and building new features.

You’ll be working in a Scrum team with regular ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Releases happen approximately twice a month.

If you have hands-on experience in testing and want to be part of a product team — we’d love to hear from you!

Tools & Technologies:

• Backend: PHP, Laravel, MySQL
• Frontend: React (Redux)
• Testing: Manual testing of new functionality, regression testing before releases
• Nice to have: Occasional performance testing using k6 (JavaScript) — only as needed after specific optimizations. 

Responsibilities:

• Manual testing of both frontend and backend of a web application;

We’re looking for a Character Artist who specializes in semi-realistic, realistic and hyperrealistic human characters — both in game development and cinematic production. You’ll work closely with a senior team to deliver hero-quality characters with precise anatomy, clean topology, and engine-ready output.

This is a hands-on, production-focused role for someone with deep knowledge of the character pipeline — from sculpting and simulation to texturing and final engine integration.

 

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality realistic characters for Unreal Engine (≈70%) and Unity (≈30%)

• Work with scanned heads/bodies, MetaHuman bases (create it in Meta human), and Character Creator 4

Що ти робитимеш:

• Очолювати бекенд-напрям: проєктування та впровадження архітектури з нуля.
• Участь у розробці архітектурних рішень і виборі технологічного стеку.
• Повна відповідальність за серверну інфраструктуру: авторизація, баланс, логіка івентів, інтеграції.
• Написання та ревʼю масштабованого, ефективного та читабельного коду.

• Досвід з highload-системами: масштабування, кешування, fault tolerance.
• Розуміння клієнт-серверної взаємодії: REST, gRPC, WebSocket.
• Навички DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, GitHub Actions.
• Досвід роботи з MongoDB (обов’язково), бажано Redis, PostgreSQL.
• Впевнене володіння інструментами моніторингу: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.

🔹 Who are we?
Up4 Play is a product team building a next-gen Social Casino platform from scratch.
Our goal is to develop a scalable and high-quality ecosystem of mobile games, combining the best practices in game development, analytics, and monetization.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the backend direction: design and implement architecture from scratch.
• Take part in architectural planning and choosing the tech stack.
• Full responsibility for backend infrastructure: auth, balance, event logic, integrations.
• Write and review scalable, clean, and efficient code.
• Estimate task complexity and ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alert systems.
• Collaborate with Unity, frontend teams, analysts, and product owners.
• Integrate third-party services: payments, analytics, push notifications, ads.
