    ROLE OVERVIEW:
    We’re hiring a Senior Supply Chain Manager to run our end-to-end supply chain across Ukraine (~70%) and Poland (~30%) — covering Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Fulfillment, and Last-Mile delivery. This is about building a lean, resilient, data-driven system with clear standards.
     

    We’re looking for a supply chain fan — someone who lives by 5S, wants everything in its place, and makes flows tick like a watch. You’ll drive by metrics (OTIF, lead time, inventory accuracy, cost-per-unit), remove bottlenecks, and scale what works.
     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Own strategy & execution (UA/PL): procurement, inbound/outbound logistics, customs, warehousing, inventory, fulfilment, reverse flows.
    • Procurement: source suppliers (UA/EU), run RFQ/RFP, negotiate, manage contracts/SLAs, dual-source critical items.
    • Logistics: manage domestic & cross-border (road/air), pick 3PLs, optimize routes/Incoterms, handle customs & export-control with Legal/Compliance.
    • Warehousing & Inventory: standards, safety stocks, cycle counts, FIFO/FEFO, kitting/QA; drive accuracy & shrinkage control.
    • Fulfilment: predictable pick/pack/ship, improve DIFOT/OTIF, shorten lead times, clear ETA comms.
    • Planning & Data: align forecasts with Sales/Finance, own ERP/WMS/MRP data & dashboards; improve OTIF, lead time, forecast accuracy, turns, fill rate, logistics cost/unit.
    • Risk & Compliance: map single points of failure, build buffers/alternatives; ensure HSE/quality/export-control.
    • Cross-functional leadership: partner with Engineering/Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Ops; run continuous improvement (lean, standard work, automation).
       

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • 4+ years end-to-end supply chain (procurement/logistics/warehousing/last-mile), ideally hardware/defense/industrial.
    • Builder’s mindset: design and roll out systems across UA/PL.
    • Strong vendor management: sourcing, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, contracts/SLAs, supplier scorecards, dual-sourcing.
    • Solid Incoterms, customs, cross-border, 3PL; baseline export-control.
    • Data-driven: ERP/WMS, clean master data, ownership of KPIs (OTIF, lead time, inventory accuracy/turns, cost-to-serve).
    • Stress-resilient and calm under pressure; clear, concise communicator who aligns stakeholders quickly and makes decisive calls.
    • Fluent Ukrainian & English; Polish is a plus. High integrity, ownership, and readiness to travel UA↔PL.
