Position Overview
We are in search of a Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. This role focuses on closing deals with warm leads who have pre-booked their call times, rather than cold calls or lead generation. This is a high-ticket sales environment, and your performance will be generously rewarded with performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and test AI prompts and workflows in English.
- Create dialogues, flows, and interaction scenarios for AI agents.
- Tune the agent’s behavior across various contexts.
- Work with test flows, analyze failures, and improve model responses.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate AI into real products.
- Experiment with LLMs (Large Language Models) and contribute to fine-tuning and configuration processes.
Requirements
- English C1+ (strong writing and reading skills).
- Python knowledge — basic to intermediate.
- Excellent literacy and attention to detail.
- Experience with LLMs (e.g. GPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot).
- Understanding of Agentic AI design or prior experience building agents is a plus.
