    Job Description:

    1. Analytics & Reporting (core):

    • Track and reconcile revenues from affiliate programs.
    • Verify data across affiliate platforms, trackers, and internal reports; investigate discrepancies.
    • Monitor and analyze key metrics (EPC, CR, ROI), prepare insights for the team.
    • Segment offers by GEO and traffic sources.
    • Build dashboards, spreadsheets, and regular performance reports.

    2. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Interaction (secondary):

    • Communicate with affiliate programs (terms, payments, disputes).
    • Control payment timelines and validate compliance with traffic volumes.

    3. Tests & Optimization (as needed):

    Qualifications

    • 6+ months of experience as an analyst / data specialist / account manager in iGaming or related verticals (gambling, betting, nutra, adult).
    • Understanding of affiliate models (CPA, CPL, RevShare).
    • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, basic automation).
    • Ability to track and analyze revenues and work with financial reports.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CR, EPC, ROI, funnels).
    • Attention to detail, structured approach, strong numerical mindset.
    • English level: B1–B2 (for written communication).
       

    Nice to have:
