We’re looking for a Digital Content Manager to join the team behind the Global Transformation Forum Japan, taking place in Tokyo on December 1–2, 2026.
 

This role will take ownership of the Forum’s digital presence and online communications, including the gtf.jp website and social media channels. The ideal candidate can turn complex topics into clear, credible content and build the Forum’s organic visibility across both traditional search and emerging AI-powered search and answer platforms.
 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the GTF presence across LinkedIn and other social media channels, maintaining a consistent voice and regular publishing cadence before, during, and after the Forum;
• Manage and update content on the gtf.jp website, ensuring that page structure, copy, and metadata are clear, accurate, and well organized;
• Develop and edit high-quality English-language content, including website copy, social media posts, event and speaker descriptions, and other digital materials;
• Coordinate with a translator on Japanese-language content, ensuring accurate and natural localization for the Japanese audience;
• Support the development of the Forum’s SEO and AEO strategy, working with an external consultant during the initial setup and applying the agreed approach across the website and content;
• Track organic reach and content performance, identify what is working, and adjust the digital content strategy accordingly.
   

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent written English and a strong sense of clear, credible, and engaging communication;
• Hands-on experience managing social media channels and a CMS-based website;
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to turn complex topics into accessible digital content;

About the Role

Once an account with a bank, EMI, or PSP is live, someone has to keep it that way. That's this role.

You're not the person who opens the account — that's handled by our Onboarding team. You're the person who owns the relationship after it's live: staying close enough to our banking and payment partners that you notice when something's off before it becomes a formal problem, and calm enough under pressure to represent the company professionally when a partner has real concerns.

Where this role sits:

• Onboarding Manager → gets the account opened (KYB submission, initial documentation, first approval)
• You → own the relationship from that point forward: ongoing contact, risk monitoring, escalations, and representing the company during any follow-up reviews or enhanced due diligence
• MLRO / Compliance → you work closely with them, but you are not the compliance decision-maker — you're the bridge between what the bank is asking and what the internal team needs to know

Relationship Management (Ongoing, Not Onboarding)

• Maintain regular, professional contact with our live banking, EMI, and PSP partners — not just when there's a problem
• Build real working relationships with account managers, compliance officers, and risk teams at partner institutions
• Stay attuned to each partner's expectations, preferences, and requirements, and notice when something shifts
• Ensure communication flows both ways — partner requirements and concerns coming in, business context and updates going back out

Early Risk Detection

• Act as an early-warning system — spot changes in tone, unusual reviews, or extra scrutiny before they become formal escalations
• Identify signals that a partner may have concerns regarding transaction activity, customer traffic, refund/chargeback patterns, campaigns, or business practices
• Escalate concerns immediately to MLRO, Compliance, Payments, and management

Compliance Reviews & Enhanced Due Diligence

• Represent the company during EDD and elevated reviews on existing accounts

Escalation Handling

• Handle concerns around payment recalls, suspicious transactions, account restrictions, or customer complaints
• Coordinate with Payments, Risk, and MLRO to get the facts straight before responding
• Spot recurring patterns and flag material issues before they threaten the relationship
• Ensure responses to financial institutions are timely, consistent, and well-supported

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with MLRO, Compliance, Payments, and Risk — pulling the right people together behind one clear external response
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed of material developments in a timely manner

About your role: We are looking for a Lead Treasury Manager to help scale and strengthen our treasury function. This role offers the opportunity to manage multi-currency cash flows across international banks, EMIs, and crypto partners, optimize treasury processes, and gradually build and lead the treasury team as the company grows. You'll play a key role in ensuring financial stability and supporting the company's strategic growth. 

You'll work cross-functionally with the Accounting, Financial Control, and Product teams, taking ownership of banking relationships, compliance processes, and continuously improving treasury operations as the business scales.

In this role, you will

• Lead and develop the company's treasury function, driving its continuous improvement, scaling processes, and implementing best practices to support business growth.
• Lead and develop the treasury team, distributing workload, setting priorities, and mentoring team members
• Own end-to-end relationships with banks and EMIs — negotiating fees, credit terms, and service conditions
• Analyze current banking costs and proactively identify optimization opportunities (e.g., switching accounts or providers to reduce fees)
• Lead the opening and closing of bank and EMI accounts, including onboarding for new jurisdictions and business needs
• Own KYC processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Identify financial and FX risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Manage foreign exchange exposure and support decisions on currency and banking setup for new business flows

About the Team and Role

You'll join the Connectivity team — the team responsible for the user-facing services that serve as the entry point into Solidgate's payment system. It's hard to overstate how critical these services are: every millisecond of load time and every suboptimal step directly affects merchant conversion and company GMV, which means the work demands technical excellence and continuous improvement.
