Our client is in the process of solving one of the biggest pain points for B2B service providers: getting paid on time by providing an effortless, first-of-its-kind automated platform. In a $74B market and backed by renowned investors, frees businesses from manual work hassle and high operational costs, allowing employees and managers to focus their time on growing their businesses instead. We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who’s eager to become one of our core team members and establish themselves as a significant building block of our products and company at this exciting and critical point in time before we reach greater heights.

Key Requirements:
🔹 Agentic Coding: Experience in using autonomous AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Aider) to plan, write, test, and debug code end-to-end;
🔹 6+ years of experience as a backend engineer;
🔹 Hands-on proficiency in Go — must have;
🔹 Hands-on proficiency in TypeScript — strong advantage;
🔹 Deep familiarity with SaaS architecture and development best practices;
🔹 Previous work with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or others;
🔹 Proven ability to lead technical projects, set priorities, and own outcomes;
🔹 Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture;
🔹 Ability to juggle multiple priorities gracefully;
🔹 B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher;
🔹 Ability to work with US time zones (UTC-6 to UTC-7), with at least 2 hours of working-hours overlap.

🔹 Experience in B2B & B2B2C Self-Serve SaaS;
🔹 Fintech/Payments industry background;
🔹 Experience working in a startup company.

🔹 Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing your knowledge and expertise;
🔹 Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver robust solutions in short development iterations;
🔹 Develop maintainable and clean code with heavy reliance on developer testing;
🔹 Make thoughtful trade-offs based on business priorities, user needs, and a sustainable technical foundation;
