We are currently looking for a SRE/DBA to join our partner company TENTENS Tech. In this role, you will manage and scale a highly available database infrastructure handling up to 2 PB of data and 100,000 operations per second. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Develop a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives, and proactively engage with them to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and goals. 
• Managing internal relationships and making sure that our teams are meeting customers' needs and timeframes.
• Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates by participating in case studies, testimonials, or referrals.
• Maintain and develop strategic vendor relations with AWS.

• Regularly attend business events and conferences to promote and educate prospective clients on the benefits of Automat-it.

   

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Engineering, or Account Management roles in a B2B SaaS company
•  1+ years of experience in sales of complex public cloud like AWS/GCP/Azure
• A proven, successful track record of generating revenue and closing business
• Experience working with or at startups/ISV companies
• Experience with selling and supporting AWS services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-learner
• Working experience with Salesforce or Hubspot - advantage

• AWS cloud certification - advantage

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exceptionally high standards for quality and work excellence while accelerating team velocity to handle a growing backlog of internal business process automations.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the Fullstack Javascript ecosystem, specifically Node.js, NestJS, Fastify, and React.
• Expert knowledge of TypeScript and experience with microservices architecture.

You will develop robust MLOps pipelines, create cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, implement the latest technologies, and ensure the customers’ success by overseeing the project from inception to completion.

• Developing backend Generative AI solutions and POCs, utilizing RAG pipelines, agent-based systems, and LLM-powered services

Requirements

• Fluency in Python, a good understanding of Linux, and mandatory hands-on production experience with PyTorch
• Ability to understand tools used by data scientists and experience with building Generative AI applications beyond notebooks or demos
