Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator

dNOVO Group is a Canadian digital marketing agency serving businesses across North America. We're looking for a proactive, organized, and versatile team member to support our recruitment efforts and contribute to other business activities. Recruitment will be your primary focus, but we also welcome candidates with skills in marketing, social media, business development, or project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment 

• Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, and other platforms.
• Create job postings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews in English.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage recruitment pipelines.
• Research new sourcing channels and help improve recruitment processes.

Marketing & Additional Projects

• Assist with social media content, company updates, and recruitment announcements.
• Support business research, professional outreach, and project coordination.
• Contribute to other initiatives depending on your skills and interests.

What We're Looking For

• English B2+, with confident verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, independent, and resourceful approach to work.
• Confidence in reaching out to people and building professional relationships.
• Interest or experience in recruitment, marketing, or business development.
