Project overview

Our client is a UK-based product company working on an AI-driven platform that acts as a personal assistant capable of interacting with users and integrating with external tools such as email and other services.

The product is currently being built from scratch in an R&D environment with a strong focus on AI agents, rapid prototyping, and fast iteration.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (AI-First) who will help build the MVP and shape the technical foundation of the product.

The role combines full-stack development with AI-driven workflows. The engineer will design and implement core product functionality, integrate LLM-based capabilities, and orchestrate AI-driven pipelines.

The position requires a high level of ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop core product functionality for an AI-powered platform with autonomous agents
- Build and improve the agent runtime that allows AI agents to execute tasks, interact with tools, and run in isolated environments
- Develop chat-based and conversational interfaces that enable users to interact naturally with their AI agents
- Implement and evolve the memory system that allows agents to learn from conversations and store long-term context
- Design and build APIs and backend services powering agents, integrations, and real-time features
- Work with vector databases and RAG pipelines to support intelligent retrieval and context building

Job requirements
 

- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
- Strong experience with React (React 18+)
- Experience building applications with Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Experience building or working with AI agents / agentic systems
- Experience with modern backend development in Node.js
- Experience working with databases (experience with SurrealDB or similar NoSQL databases is a plus)

Position Overview

We are expanding our Support and QA teams and seeking a seasoned, remote IT professional/Systems Administrator to serve as a Level 3 Senior Support Engineer for enterprise customers. In this role, you will handle the most complex escalations, support hybrid identity and storage deployments, and ensure seamless integration between on-premises Windows/AD environments and Microsoft cloud services.

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

The PSP Operations Partner is responsible for analyzing and overseeing the efficiency of the payment infrastructure across projects and GEOs. The role focuses on ensuring transparency in payment processes, minimizing financial losses, and maintaining the reliability and performance of the payment ecosystem. What you’ll do (project-based / part-time)

• Farm and warm up FB accounts, Business Managers, and Ads Accounts.
• Build and maintain stable infrastructure: BMs, roles, payment methods, limits, fan pages, pixels.
• Launch safe warm-up campaigns and gradually increase spend and load.
• Handle moderation, verifications, and appeals.
• Build decentralized setups: backup accounts, backup BMs, and fallback schemes.
• Buy, rent, recover, and manage accounts from various sources.
• Work with pixels and conversions: creation, setup, audience transfer, backups.
• React quickly to bans and switch to backup infrastructure.

• Adapt processes to Meta policy updates and platform changes.

   

Requirements

• Experience in dating vertical is mandatory.
• 1–2+ years of experience in account farming / warming.
• Deep understanding of warm-up mechanics and real-user behavioral patterns.
• Ability to build proper account and BM “legends” and clean structures.
• Hands-on experience with moderation, appeals, whitelists / allow-lists.
• Skills in safe scaling and minimizing chain bans.
• Experience with pixels, conversions, and audiences.
• High level of autonomy and fast reaction to account blocks.

• Solid understanding of Meta policies and ability to adapt quickly.

In this role you will be responsible for building retention strategy, managing player segmentation and launching CRM campaigns to increase LTV and reduce churn.

Responsibilities:
• Own segmentation strategy and the full retention lifecycle
• Build onboarding, upsell, reactivation and churn-prevention journeys
• Design and manage bonus mechanics (reloads, cashback, freespins, missions)
• Execute multi-channel communication: Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, onsite pop-ups
• Run A/B tests for content, cadence and bonus strategies
