In this role, you will work with cloud-based data ecosystems, leveraging Databricks and Spark technologies to process large volumes of data and deliver high-performance solutions across the organization.

You'll collaborate closely with engineering teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to design robust data architectures, improve data reliability, and support mission-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and processing frameworks.
• Create and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for efficient data ingestion and transformation.
• Work with high-volume datasets in distributed computing environments.
• Develop data models, transformation logic, and integrations across multiple systems.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Proven hands-on expertise with Databricks in production environments.
• Strong experience with Apache Spark and PySpark.
• Advanced SQL skills with a focus on performance optimization.
• Solid background building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience working with large-scale data processing and analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Professional proficiency in both English (C1) and Russian (C1).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Contract Details

• Full-time engagement under a B2B agreement.
• Long-term, open-ended collaboration.

• Payments made to the contractor's registered business account (FOP / Sole Proprietorship / equivalent).
• Contractor is responsible for managing and paying their own taxes.

We are looking for a Product Manager to create and develop a comprehensive loyalty and retention ecosystem that maximizes trader Lifetime Value (LTV), reduces churn, and turns active users into brand advocates.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Loyalty & Retention domain
• Design the logic for bonuses, rebate systems (spread/commission cashback), and VIP programs
• Manage the product backlog, write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), set tasks for the development team, and oversee execution

• Strong proficiency in product analytics tools  and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and customer development (quantitative and qualitative research)
• Understanding of user behavior & psychology (ideally, the psychology of a trader or gamer)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on core product development, with a strong focus on building, scaling, and improving complex products
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management, including discovery, delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement of core features
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical and system-level product components, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions
• Ability to optimize core product processes, integrate new features, and continuously improve user experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-informed approach to decision-making in complex environments
• Proficiency in using product analytics tools to monitor performance, identify issues, and inform product decisions
