Responsibilities:

•    Collects and systematises data from Media Buying and BizDev and inputs the data into the dashboard/ERP to ensure accurate financial tracking;

Що входитиме в твої обов’язки?

• організація та контроль управлінського обліку на рівні підконтрольних юнітів
• розробка та контроль виконання бюджетів, системний аналіз план/факт
• контроль трансформаційної інформації між управлінським і бухгалтерським обліком
• формування фінансової звітності по підконтрольним юнітам
• автоматизація фінансових процесів та покращення управлінської звітності
• співпраця з іншими відділами для забезпечення точності фінансової звітності та обробки даних, впровадження нових процесів співпраці
• фінансове планування, прогнозування по підконтрольних юнітах
• управління рухом грошових коштів у співпраці із гол. бухгалтером, контроль ведення обліку коштів по корпоративних картках та підзвітним коштам
• здійснення контролю за дотриманням внутрішніх фінансових стандартів і процедур, трансформація існуючих та розробка нових

Ключові вимоги:

• вміння аналізувати ключові фінансові показники та надавати рекомендації для прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень
• знання специфіки ведення бухгалтерського та управлінського обліку на спеціальних режимах, таких як Дія Сіті (буде перевагою), на загальному рівні
• досвід роботи з міжнародними банками та платіжними системами, включаючи розуміння особливостей валютних операцій
• знання основних принципів оподаткування для ТОВ та ФОП, як на загальній, так і на спрощеній системі оподаткування

• знання роботи з обліковими системами, такими як BAS (системний інструмент для роботи) та Zoho Books для управління фінансами та обліковими процесами

Завдання:

• Управління ліквідністю на рахунках у міжнародних банках та платіжних системах.
• Щоденний контроль усіх платіжних операцій: перевірка відповідності бюджету, призначенням та статтям витрат.
• Контроль строків проведення платежів, усунення затримок та ризиків.
• Перевірка заявок на оплати, верифікація криптогаманців, банківських реквізитів, підтверджувальних документів.
• Співпраця з внутрішніми командами (маркетинг, юридичний, бухгалтерія) та зовнішніми платформами/провайдерами.
• Підтримка фінансової звітності, допомога в підготовці комплаєнс-документації.

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Досвід на аналогічній посаді у FinTech, iGaming або арбітражному бізнесі — від 1 року.
• Практичний досвід роботи з міжнародними платіжними системами та банками.
• Знання криптовалютних процесів (розуміння різниці між мережами, наприклад, TRON, ERC20, BTC).
• Досвід перевірки вартості витрат та узгодження з бюджетом.
• Висока швидкість обробки інформації, уважність до деталей.
• Досвід роботи з бухгалтерськими або ERP системами буде перевагою.
