Requirements:

— 4+ years in product management, with 2+ years in web3/crypto on infrastructure, DeFi, or protocol-level products.
— Understanding of how a blockchain works end-to-end and how to grow it as a product – ecosystem, developers, liquidity, economics.
— Proven experience or shipped on-chain products to mainnet with measurable impact backed by metrics.
— Hands-on with on-chain analytics – Dune, Nansen, Flipside, or equivalent
— Understanding and hands-on experience with DeFi primitives and ability to break down unit economics and tokenomics.
— Write epics, user stories, and technical specs for protocol and smart-contract teams.
— Use Claude, Codex, Cursor or any other agentic ai daily. Sets up custom projects, prompts, and skills to automate recurring product work. Can demo what have built.
— Proficient in Figma.

Nice to have:
— Ex-chain – PM experience on any L1, L2, rollup, or chain-native infra. EVM or non-EVM.

Responsibilities:

— Own the product backlog: translate business ideas, brainstorms, and strategic goals into validated hypotheses, structured epics, and prioritized tasks for engineering
— Conduct competitive and market research: analyze comparable ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and potential integration partners – deliver actionable findings, not slide decks
— Run planning cycles: facilitate sprint planning, set priorities, ensure engineering always has a clear and ranked queue of work
— Validate ideas before they reach engineering: assess feasibility, revenue impact, estimate effort, flag risks
— Build and maintain product specs: write clear ai-friendly requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for every feature entering development
— Track and report results: define KPIs per launch, measure outcomes, run retrospectives, feed learnings back into the roadmap
— Support B2B integrations: prepare integration briefs, technical requirements, and pilot success metrics for partners
— Prototype rapidly: use AI-assisted tools to build quick PoCs, mockups, and data models for idea validation

We are looking for a strong Technical Product / Project Manager who deeply understands the chargeback ecosystem and has hands-on experience with dispute prevention and resolution flows.

You should know how chargeback mitigation services work in practice, including alert-based prevention, representment logic, reason codes, issuer/acquirer flows, fraud signals, VRM / Verifi / Ethoca-style workflows, and the operational side of dispute handling. About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the WOWCube website and e-commerce experience as a product.

This role focuses on building high-conversion pages, improving the customer journey, and driving results through data, experimentation, and A/B testing. Success is measured by conversion, funnel performance, and execution quality.

You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and growth teams, owning the roadmap and delivery for all web and e-commerce surfaces.

Responsibilities

1. WOWCube (E-commerce & CRO):
You own the WOWCube website, landing pages, Shopify, Convert.com, Smartlook and other 3rd party integrations as a product to constantly improve conversion funnel:

• Define structure, content, and user flows for the main website and landing pages.
• Own how pages load, how users move through them, and how conversion happens.
• Work closely with design, copy, and development to ship high-quality pages.
• Write clear product requirements for web development and CRO improvements.
• Ensure pages are fast, clear, and conversion-focused.

2. Customer Journey and Conversion Logic

You are responsible for understanding and improving the full customer journey:

• Map CJM from first visit to purchase and post-purchase steps.
• Identify drop-off points and friction across the funnel.
• Translate user behavior into clear hypotheses and page improvements.
• Make decisions based on data, not opinions.
   

3. E-Commerce Product Ownership

This role has a strong e-commerce focus:

• Own product pages, checkout flows, and purchase experience.
• Work on pricing presentation, bundles, promos, and upsell logic.
• Partner with growth and marketing to support campaigns and launches.
• Ensure stable, predictable purchase flows across devices and regions.

4. Experiments, A/B Testing, and Iteration

You lead experimentation as a core product practice:

• Define and run A/B tests across pages and funnels.

5. Roadmap, Documentation, and Delivery

You own planning and execution for the web product:

• Build and maintain the website and CRO roadmap.

Your Mission as a Product Manager

What We Expect from You

• 2+ years in in e-commerce R&D, product management, or a related product role
• Experience with Shopify and/or Amazon platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the existing product catalog across platforms, including variations, sizes, colors, and collections
• Analyze customer feedback, returns data, sales performance, and product ratings to identify product-related issues and improvement opportunities.
• Suggest and launch new product variations (sizes/colors) based on data insights and customer needs.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers (Italy, China) regarding product specifications, samples, quality control, and product improvements

We are looking for a strong Technical Product Manager with deep hands-on expertise in payment processing for mobile subscription businesses.

This role is for someone who truly understands the full payments lifecycle behind recurring billing: card onboarding and binding, authorization flows, decline recovery, chargebacks, fraud patterns, subscription payment routing, merchant setups, PSP/acquirer differences, and payment performance optimization.

You should be the kind of person who has already worked closely with mobile subscription products and knows where revenue is lost, why chargeback rates grow, how payment funnels break, and what can be improved technically and operationally.
