Role Overview
Weβre looking for a hands-on Product Manager with 3+ years of experience building and scaling products to join us at a crucial stage: weβre launching Alpha and moving fast toward Beta. Youβll step into an existing product framework and own an end-to-end product cycle.
This role starts with execution. Youβll be the one turning ideas into specifications, aligning design and development, and making sure we ship. In the first 2β3 months, youβll work closely with the CEO and the CTO to learn our workflows and product vision.
From there, youβll take over the cycle: research, roadmap, execution, metrics, and iteration. We need someone who doesnβt just manage tasks but actually drives the product forward by building, testing, and shaping it.
Youβll be part of a team that is working to reshape the industry, with the chance to grow with the company.
You will:
- Take ownership of the full product lifecycle
- Work closely with design (UI/UX) and development to ensure smooth handoffs and rapid iteration.
- Define and track key product metrics, setting up a data-driven approach
- Translate high-level product vision from the CEO into concrete roadmaps and execution plans
- Conduct competitor and market research, providing clear insights for product decisions.
- Balance business priorities (fundraising, marketing goals) with user needs and technical constraints.
- Maintain and improve the product roadmap, aligning it with research, market changes, and internal feedback.
- Actively identify product debt and ensure itβs tracked and managed.
What you bring:
- 3+ years in product management, ideally in fast-moving startups
- Strong experience taking products from early MVP to launch and scaling.
- Experience with Web3 or token-based products.
- Experience working on products with AI-driven features or integrations
- Experience working with data-driven frameworks, analytics, and user research.
- Proven ability to prioritize based on impact.
- Hands-on experience with product documentation, ticket creation, and backlog management.
- Strong collaboration skills: able to work cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing.
- Sharp eye for market shifts and competitor moves, turning insights into opportunities for growth.
- English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
Nice to have:
- Passion for meme culture, social platforms, and internet communities.
- Background in growth hacking or viral product mechanics.
What we offer:
- A key product role in a fast-growing, innovative company.
- Competitive salary-based compensation.
- Your impact will be matched with upside through our token allocations.
- Unlimited PTO.
- A healthy, transparent, and supportive team culture.
- Global team offsites.
