    We are a growing design agency that provides a wide range of creative services: branding, ad creatives, motion design, video, and print design. Right now, we are scaling to the international market and building a strong sales department. We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager with proven Upwork experience to help us grow monthly turnover, close high-ticket deals, and establish long-term client relationships.
     

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to job posts and incoming client messages on Upwork.
    • Communicate with potential clients, present our services, and close sales (including upselling and cross-selling).
    • Lead the client from first touchpoint to closing the deal and provide support after project completion.
    • Collaborate with our design team to ensure deadlines and project quality match the client’s requirements and technical briefs.
    • Maintain order tracking spreadsheets, CRM records, and cover letter databases.
    • Analyze client responses, our scripts, and sales messages to improve conversion rates.
    • Provide monthly reports about performance, closed deals, and overall sales results to the agency owner.

       

    Requirements

    • Proven Upwork sales experience (mandatory).
    • Strong English communication skills (B1–B2 level).
    • Experience in a design/creative agency is a big plus.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
    • Result-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
    • Willingness to follow sales targets and contribute to the growth of the department.

    • Base salary + % from sales + bonuses. (Payment will depend on your success on Upwork and will directly reflect how effectively and skillfully you can close leads.)
