About the Role

Description

As Head of VIP Support, you will own and scale the entire VIP direction — from strategy and team leadership to player lifecycle, retention performance, and service quality.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the VIP Support strategy and roadmap across all markets.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of VIP Managers and Team Leads.
• Design and optimize the full VIP lifecycle: Pre-VIP → VIP onboarding → retention → reactivation.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and personalized communication with high-value players.
• Work closely with BI and CRM teams to leverage predictive analytics (churn, LTV, value segmentation, behavioral triggers).
• Develop and implement bonus and incentive strategies focused on increasing retention, LTV, and NGR.
• Monitor team performance, establish KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
• Analyze VIP performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Payments, and Anti-Fraud teams to improve VIP experience and operational efficiency.
• Participate in shaping the overall retention and VIP strategy of the company together with executive leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming, including experience working with VIP players.
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role (Head / Team Lead / Senior VIP Manager with team management responsibilities).
• Proven track record of managing high-value players (€10k+ monthly volume).
• Strong understanding of VIP lifecycle, retention mechanics, and player psychology.
• Experience managing teams, building processes, and scaling VIP operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with data, LTV, churn, and performance metrics.
• Experience working with CRM tools and communication channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, email platforms).
• Fluent English (additional languages such as German or Italian are a strong plus).
• High level of ownership, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability.
• Emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of offshore model, confidentiality, and high-level service standards.

We’re looking for a WordPress Developer with 4+ years of experience to take ownership of the website: keep it stable and secure, ship improvements fast, and make sure it’s performant and conversion-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Own the WordPress codebase: structure, releases, and technical quality
• Build and refine pages/components (Gutenberg blocks and/or ACF blocks) with pixel-perfect implementation from Figma
• Improve performance (Core Web Vitals), caching, image optimization, and asset loading
• Maintain security: updates, audits, backups, and hardening best practices
• Implement integrations: forms/CRM, analytics (GA4/GTM), email tools, webhooks, REST API, etc.
• Ensure clean SEO foundation (structured data, metadata, redirects, sitemaps)
• Fix bugs, monitor issues, and keep staging/production environments healthy
• Collaborate with product/marketing on experiments (A/B tests, landing page iterations)

Must-have

• 4+ years hands-on WordPress development experience
• Strong PHP + WordPress internals (hooks, actions/filters, custom post types, template hierarchy)
• Solid HTML/CSS/JS (ES6+) and responsive layout skills

This role focuses on building relationships with wallets, exchanges, protocols, and other Web3 partners, driving joint marketing initiatives and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and swap volume;
• Launch and manage co-marketing campaigns with wallets, exchanges, and ecosystem partners;
• Coordinate joint announcements, AMAs, Spaces, competitions, Zealy sprints, and cross-promotions;
• Identify new strategic partnership opportunities in the crypto/fintech space;
• Manage the full lifecycle of partnership activations from negotiation to execution and reporting;
• Work closely with BD and product teams to align marketing efforts with integrations;
• Track performance metrics and evaluate ROI of partnership campaigns;
• Build long-term relationships with ecosystem partners and key industry players;

Key required skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnership marketing, or business development;
• At least 1+ year of experience in crypto/Web3/fintech;
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem (wallets, exchanges, aggregators, DeFi);
• Experience running co-marketing campaigns and cross-channel activations;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Advanced English (spoken and written);
• Analytical mindset and experience working with KPIs and performance metrics;
• Experience with social media, content marketing, and growth campaigns;
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
