    We are looking for a strong and ambitious Head of Acquisition to lead the growth of our iGaming products.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and manage the user acquisition team and processes from scratch.
    • Set up traffic acquisition workflows and ensure high-quality traffic through fraud prevention (via BI reports).
    • Manage and optimize traffic channels: Meta/Facebook, Google UAC, SEO, ASO, PPC, influencers, and affiliates.
    • Negotiate with partners, close deals, and continuously improve cooperation terms.
    • Monitor and optimize performance metrics: CR, CPA, ROI, ARPU, and others.
    • Collaborate with product teams on landing pages, A/B testing, and localizations.
    • Manage acquisition budgets and allocate spend across channels effectively.

       

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition for gambling/betting projects.
    • 3+ years of experience leading teams or departments.
    • Proven ability to scale traffic and establish strong partner relationships.
    • In-depth knowledge of acquisition channels: paid ads, SEO, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing.
    • Experience managing large budgets and working with analytics tools (BI systems, ROI/CPA reporting).
    • Strong skills in media planning, customer journey mapping (CJM), and funnel analysis.

       

    Preferred:

    • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Experience in ASO and SERM is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    - Coordinating creatives, designers, and agencies.
     

    Analytics & Reporting
    - Marketing campaign effectiveness analysis;
    - Preparation of regular reports for C-level managers;
    - KPI monitoring, budget forecasting, and performance analysis.
    - Close collaboration with product, CRM, analytics, and UX teams.

    Requirements:
    - Experience as a Growth Manager / Product Marketing / PMM in iGaming or related digital products;
    - Deep understanding of funnel metrics: traffic β†’ activation β†’ retention β†’ monetization;
    - Practical experience launching advertising campaigns: performance, social, RTB, affiliate;
    - Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery/SQL;
    - Experience with CRM/CDP/push/email marketing is an advantage;
    - Skills in A/B testing and data management;
    - Proficient English (B2+);
    - Ability to adapt strategy to business goals and markets;
    - Communication with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders;

    6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Management

    β€” Lead the weekly Marketing+Sales sync: ensure full alignment across campaigns, events, leadgen, and follow-ups.
