🔎 Вимоги

• Досвід B2B-продажів у crypto / exchanges / wallets / fintech від 2 років
• Підтверджений успішний досвід продажів у крипто-секторі
• Наявність особистої мережі контактів (decision-makers) та готовність працювати через нетворк
• Досвід ведення повного циклу продажів
• Англійська — рівень B2+ або вище
• Вільне володіння українською та російською мовами
• Досвід роботи з CRM

🚀 Обов’язки

• Робота з теплими лідами від команди lead generation
• Проведення демо та презентацій продукту
• Робота із запереченнями та закриття угод
• Повне управління sales funnel
• Системний follow-up (Telegram / Email / phone)
• Підготовка комерційних пропозицій
• Ведення CRM: етапи, ймовірності угод, прогнози, нотатки, наступні кроки
• Продажі через нетворкінг та ініціювання зустрічей через особисті контакти

Що очікуємо:

• 1+ рік досвіду на позиціях Account Manager / Client Success / BDM у Digital / Performance Marketing / FinTech / AdTech / iGaming / Betting / Dating
• Практичний досвід роботи з Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Розуміння ключових рекламних KPI (CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, ROAS)
• Впевнений рівень роботи з Google Sheets / Excel
• Досвід роботи з CRM-системами
• Досвід управління бюджетами від $10K+/місяць
• Досвід роботи з таск-менеджерами
• Англійська від рівня B1

Основні завдання:

• Ведення та розвиток проєктів поточних клієнтів, забезпечення якісної підтримки на всіх етапах співпраці
• Організація онбордингу нових клієнтів: ознайомлення з правилами та тарифами компанії, презентація команди та проведення необхідних зустрічей
• Формування професійних та дружніх відносин із клієнтами, глибоке розуміння їхніх бізнес-потреб
• Контроль своєчасного поповнення рахунків клієнтів, ініціювання додаткових витрат для збільшення обсягів співпраці
• Оперативне вирішення проблемних ситуацій та спірних питань
• Регулярне звітування щодо виконаної роботи у форматах Excel та Trello
