As we invest more deliberately in paid user acquisition, we're hiring a Senior Creative Producer who brings creative judgment, analytical thinking, and a disciplined testing mindset to own and build the foundations of Spark's performance marketing.

About the role: 

The Senior Creative Producer owns the day-to-day execution of creative production across paid social and performance channels, shaping creative direction with a performance-first mindset. Working closely with the Performance Creative Designer and Senior Paid Social Campaign Manager, this role ensures assets are clearly briefed, efficiently produced, delivered on time, and aligned with campaign goals, brand standards, and platform constraints.
Success is measured by creative velocity, speed of iteration, and measurable improvement in acquisition performance.

What you’ll do: 

Creative strategy & concept development

• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and hypotheses designed for rapid testing and measurable impact on CTR, CVR, CPI, and ROAS.
• Write clear, performance-driven briefs that translate creative ideas into executable, testable assets across formats and platforms.
• Translate creative learnings into clear recommendations that shape campaign strategy, messaging, and future investment.
• Monitor competitor creative and market trends to identify high-potential angles, hooks, and formats worth testing.

Production & quality

• Own creative production for paid social campaigns, from brief through launch, ensuring assets are test-ready and aligned to goals.
• Collaborate with the Performance Creative Designer and Paid Social Manager to produce and scale high-performing creative.
• Ensure all creative output meets brand standards, legal requirements, and platform specifications while prioritizing delivery speed.
• Keep creative moving efficiently from brief to launch by managing feedback, revisions, and handoffs with minimal friction.
• Maintain production documentation, trackers, and file organization to support repeatable workflows.

Performance & scale 

• Own creative KPIs including win rate, testing velocity, and contribution to CPA and ROAS improvement.
• Turn performance insights into new creative angles and repeatable concepts that improve core acquisition metrics.
• Partner with the Paid Social Campaign Manager to drive creative performance and sustained acquisition efficiency.
• Build systems for high-velocity testing using AI, freelancers, and UGC to scale output without reducing win rate.

About you: 

• 3+ years of experience as a creative producer or in a similar creative marketing or production role.
• Hands-on experience with paid social or performance marketing workflows on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Track record of building or improving a creative production workflow — not just operating within one.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with clear, natural English (B2+ minimum) for effective ad copy and briefs.
• Deep understanding of asset specifications, versioning, and delivery requirements for digital campaigns.
• Comfort with creative and collaboration tools including Figma, Jitter, and Jira.
• Comfort reading performance dashboards and translating data into creative decisions.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans and maintain discipline in testing and experimentation.

Your Role
As a Campaign Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our marketing campaign inventory. Your 
primary responsibility is to ensure that all marketing campaigns, including creative assets, are up- to- date and accurately documented.
 

You will proactively gather marketing materials from colleagues, identify and upload the best creative assets, and complete campaign setups by adding all relevant requirements. Your keen eye for detail and hands- on approach will be essential in keeping the inventory organized and ensuring new campaigns are added promptly.
 

To succeed in this role, you must be highly detail- oriented and able to 
manage a high workload without compromising accuracy—small mistakes can have a significant impact. Additionally, since online marketing operates around the clock, your availability and responsiveness are key. 
 

Our sales teams rely on you to keep our campaign inventory accurate and up- to- date so they can perform at their best.

We released our SaaS platform in early 2026, and now seek a content marketing professional to help us expand our digital presence and reach new audiences.

We are looking for a content writer with basic SEO knowledge who can create search-aware content. We would like to see a novice specialist who would take on daily tasks and further develop professionally in this field.

Requirements:

Writing and editing skills are essential, along with a basic “book-learning knowledge” of SEO and the ability to work with Content/SEO/Marketing tools
