    • Conduct and analyze CSAT, CES, NPS surveys and user interviews with the product manager 
    • Collect customer success stories and validate product investments 
    • Analyze key metrics (Sessions, Users, Downloads, Orders, Revenue) in GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, and marketing tools (Ahrefs, SERanking) 
    • Research user behavior patterns and incorporate insights into the product roadmap
