We are looking for a Middle Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, communicating with international clients, and leading projects from kickoff to successful delivery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage 5–8 web development projects simultaneously;

Coordinate developers, designers, and QA engineers;

Communicate with international clients on a daily basis;

Plan project timelines, budgets, and priorities;

Organize Daily, Weekly, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective meetings;

Identify and mitigate project risks before they become problems;

Ensure project quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction;

Maintain project documentation and task management;

Support the sales team during project estimation and pre-sales activities.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a web development company;

Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher — this is mandatory;

Experience managing Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, or custom web development projects;

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously;

Experience working with distributed remote teams;

Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills;

Ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for project outcomes;

Experience with project budgeting and risk management;

Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management tools.

WILL BE A PLUS

Technical background or understanding of modern web technologies;

Experience with UI/UX processes and Figma;

Experience working in an outsourcing or agency environment;

Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:
 

Project estimation and planning:

• Lead the estimation process, defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for creative, graphic design, and web development projects (WordPress, WebFlow, etc.)
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring all phases are accounted for — from concept to delivery

Project activities control, time, and effort tracking:

• Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Track team effort, project hours, and deliverables to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management

Team coordination:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists, ensuring smooth collaboration
• Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals, timelines, and deliverables

People management:

• Lead and motivate the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Foster a positive work environment where team members can collaborate, solve problems, and grow professionally

Team utilization:

• Ensure optimal utilization of team members by assigning tasks based on skills, availability, and project needs

Project Manager with qa and upwork Experience

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with hands-on QA experience and strong communication skills to join our growing team. Experience as a Business Analyst will be a strong plus.

Requirements:

1.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT

Practical experience in QA (manual testing, bug reporting, test cases, understanding of SDLC)

Experience working with Upwork projects/clients

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience communicating directly with clients and managing project delivery

Strong task management and prioritization skills

English level: Intermediate+ or higher

BA experience (requirements gathering, documentation, user stories) will be a plus

Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Project Manager to support the delivery of Shopify design and development projects for international clients. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in e-commerce and digital project management.

You will work closely with designers, developers, and senior project managers, gaining hands-on experience while learning how to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: Support and gradually take full ownership of Shopify design and development projects as you master the agency’s workflow.
• Client Relations: Start by shadowing client calls and managing daily updates, eventually growing into the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international brands.
• Team Coordination: Support coordination between design, development, and QA teams to help keep everyone aligned.
• Quality Assurance: Support QA by reviewing features from a “client perspective” before delivery.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project briefs, timelines, and status updates.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines and hours (Toggl), proactively flagging any obvious deviations or delays to senior team members for support.
• Continuous Learning: Deep-dive into the Shopify ecosystem with our mentorship, mastering the platform’s admin settings, logic, and latest e-commerce trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0–2 years in project coordination, account management, or a digital agency environment.
• Communication: Good written and verbal English skills (B2 level). You can explain "the why" behind a technical decision to a non-technical client.
• Adaptability: A "figure-it-out" mindset. You’re comfortable navigating a an agency environment.
• E-commerce Interest: A basic understanding of the e-commerce landscape and/or the Shopify ecosystem.
