Web Infrastructure & Quality Assurance 

• Own web infrastructure health: error monitoring, uptime, and proactive issue detection. 
• Implement and enforce a thorough QA process for all releases to ensure zero broken components in production. 
• Maintain a clear, transparent roadmap of web improvements, technical debt, and optimization initiatives. 
• Document recurring issues and build processes to prevent repeat failures. 

Strategy & Stakeholder Leadership 

• Develop and maintain a CRO and web improvements roadmap tied explicitly to revenue growth. 
• Lead web strategy discussions with marketing leadership, presenting optimization ideas with supporting data and projected impact. 
• Establish monthly and quarterly performance goals with clear KPIs; self-report progress consistently.

Required Qualifications 

• 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or web optimization roles with demonstrated ownership of web performance outcomes.

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Lead who will take full end-to-end ownership of our creative strategy for paid acquisition.

In this role, you won’t just manage a team — you’ll build a scalable creative testing framework and continuously improve its efficiency. Your goal is to bridge the gap between creative production, analytics, and business objectives, transforming our creative department into a predictable engine for global growth.

• You won’t be figuring out AI alone. There’s a dedicated MarTech squad focused entirely on AI adoption — and a full infrastructure already in place: Claude Desktop connected to Tableau, AppsFlyer, and internal data sources.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategy & System Ownership: Build a repeatable, scalable framework for testing and scaling ideas. Transform ad-hoc experiments into a predictable creative engine.
• Drive Process Innovation: Focus on continuous improvement through automation and AI adoption to improve testing speed.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of 5 creative marketers, raising the quality of creative thinking, hypotheses, and briefs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with User Acquisition, Analytics, Growth, and Brand teams to identify stable performance patterns and align creative execution with business objectives.
• Stay Hands-on: Participate directly in early-stage testing and high-impact experiments when needed to set quality standards, unblock the team, and accelerate learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Creative Ownership: 3+ years in creative marketing (Meta. TikTok, Google), with at least 2 years owning creative strategy, systems, or team outcomes.
• Leadership: 1+ year of experience managing a creative marketing team of 3+ people.
• Performance Literacy: Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and decision-making logic — CTR, CVR, CPA, creative fatigue, and scale signals.
• Framework Expertise: Experience building and operating creative testing frameworks, including hypotheses, iterations, learnings, and scale decisions.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate performance data and market insights into clear creative strategies and technical briefs.
• Creative Formats: Experience leveraging UGC and short-form video formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) as scalable performance assets, not just creative executions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

What You Will Own

• Marketing strategy — annual plan, multi-channel execution, budget allocation and ROI tracking
• Brand and positioning — identity, voice, visual consistency, narrative across carrier, shipper, and 3PL segments
• Demand generation — partner with Growth and Sales to drive pipeline through inbound, ABM, events, and paid channels
• Marketing operations — tech stack management, Odoo CRM integration for lead tracking, reporting, spend optimization
• Segment positioning — tailored messaging for carriers, shippers, 3PLs, and enterprise accounts across different geographies

• Events and PR — conference strategy, media relations, analyst briefings, awards

   

Who You Are

• 5-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally built the function at a growth-stage startup
• Strong brand instinct combined with data-driven execution — you measure everything
• Excellent writer and communicator in English
• Hands-on leader who can both set strategy and execute tactically when needed
• Experience with CRM-integrated marketing workflows (Odoo CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce)

• Logistics, supply chain, or freight tech experience is a strong plus
