    The Junior Accountant FOP, Assistant supports the accounting and reporting processes for individual entrepreneurs (FOP) who cooperate with GR8 Tech under B2B contracts. This role involves assisting with the preparation and organization of complete and accurate documentation for GR8 Tech’s legal entities, including agreements, invoices, and acceptance certificates.

    What You’ll Be Driving:

    • Employee’s onboarding: Preparing documentation for signing with B2B contractors from various jurisdictions. Collecting and verifying required information before initiating the signing procedure.Ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents prior to submission for signature;
    • Document support: Responsible for collecting and timely uploading of documentation from private entrepreneurs in line with internal procedures. Ensuring completeness and compliance of documents related to private entrepreneurs’ cooperation.Maintaining proper document flow and control for B2B contractors (PEs);
    • B2B contractor’s support: Support of private entrepreneurs from various jurisdictions that cooperate with GR8 Tech as B2B contractors with crypto and without payments;
    • Compliance and tax reporting: Ensuring compliance with tax regulation of Ukrainian B2B contractors. Preparation and submission of tax reports to Ukrainian authorities. This also includes staying up-to-date with changes in legislation;
    • Tax payments: Sending reminders and notifications regarding upcoming or overdue tax payments. Monitoring timely tax and contribution payments by private entrepreneurs;
    • Internal controls: Following internal controls in payroll processes;
    • Employee’s support: Communication with employees on his/her private entrepreneur’s matters, including Ukraine and other locations.
