• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS (Ashby as a plus)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Sourcing Leader to understand specific skill requirements and project objectives
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and potential candidate pipelines
• Actively seek feedback and stay informed about emerging best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing
• Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline the sourcing process for increased efficiency and effectiveness
