You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding local PSPs, managing integrations, and improving the performance of our cashier under the guidance of the Head of PSP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and onboard new Turkish payment service providers (PSPs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local providers (Turkish/English)
- Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and technical requirements
- Manage full-cycle integrations: documentation, testing, coordination with dev team
- Monitor key metrics (success rate, conversion, commission rates) and ensure stability
- Analyze the payment market and propose enhancements to existing payment flows
- Maintain a live database of providers, payment methods, and integration status
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming, FinTech, or PSPs
- Fluency in Turkish and English (B2+) is mandatory
- Proven negotiation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the Turkish payment landscape
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
