Responsibilities:

• Fix missing data transformations and resolve data inconsistencies
• Develop and optimize ETL / SQL logic for single-source analytical tables
• Design and maintain Power BI data models (semantic modeling, DAX)
• Create and support Power BI dashboards and visualizations following existing design templates and mobile standards
• Optimize SQL performance and data structures for reporting
• Collaborate with the client’s main point of contact to translate business requirements into BI metrics and dashboards

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong T-SQL skills (query optimization, analytical tables, views)
• Experience with Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
• Experience working with SQL-based data marts
• Ability to structure and prepare data for BI reporting

• Upper-Intermediate English (communication with the client)

• Experience designing BI architecture improvements
• Ability to propose new solutions, approaches, and optimizations

Responsibilities

Core Modules

• Implement calendar, medication tracking, symptom tracking, and secure contacts.
• Build onboarding flow for first-time users.
• Support role-specific views for family supporters vs. seniors.
• Implement multi-user collaboration features: shared messages and task delegation.
• Implement file-based modules: After Visit Summary, Test Results, Doctor’s Orders (upload, storage, retrieval).

AI Integrations

• Integrate voice (Speech-to-Text) and OCR.
• Provide API endpoints and data models with support for AI integration.
• Ensure accuracy, formatting, storage, and error handling for AI generated inputs.
• Support integration of vector databases for semantic search and structured memory.

Data and APIs

• Design database schemas and backend services with role-based access control and audit logging.
• Implement notification system (reminders via email, push, or SMS) and extend to handle recurring reminders (e.g., hydration).

Infrastructure

• Build and deploy application stack (e.g., Vercel + Fly.io/Render/Cloud Run).
• Set up monitoring, error logging, analytics, and CI/CD pipeline (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit + integration).
• Follow security practices (encryption in transit/at rest, secrets management).

Requirements

• Proficiency with one or more of the AI agent coding tools
• Prior experience building and shipping an MVP (frontend + backend + deployment).
• Proficiency in React/Next.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js, and database development
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Ability to design database schemas and backend services extensible to AI-driven features.
• We are looking for 4+ years of experience
• Strong English communication (B level or above).

Bonus Skills

• Experience integrating or collaborating on AI features (e.g., Whisper/STT, LangChain, or vector databases)
• Accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)
• Health tech or personal caregiving experience

  Full-time preference will be given to developers with experience integrating AI functionality or working alongside an AI architect.
• The wide salary range reflects flexibility for part-time or full-time arrangements and the candidate’s skill set.
