About the Role:
Weβre looking for a Media Relations Specialist to join our international team. In this role, youβll be responsible for expanding our media catalog, managing publisher relationships, ensuring order quality, and supporting publication processes. This is a great opportunity to develop negotiation, analytical, and digital communication skills β while working with partners from all over the world.
Your Responsibilities:
- Search and onboard new media partners to the platform
- Negotiate and agree on publication terms with publishers
Ensure high-quality execution of client orders - Maintain and update publisher information in our media catalog
Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support campaigns - Analyze client requests and suggest improvements to the media offering
What We Expect:
- Experience in Linkbuilding, Outreach, or Media Buying is a plus
- English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate level or above), with a strong focus on practical communication skills (calls, video calls), ensuring fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Understanding of SEO metrics and tools like Ahrefs
- Confident with Excel / Google Sheets and handling large data volumes
- Strong written communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptability, fast learning, structure, and attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems is a plus

- 2+ years of manual QA experience
- Strong critical thinking skills β you donβt just check if a feature βworksβ, you assess whether it makes sense for the product and the user. You notice when something looks or feels wrong, even if technically itβs βdoneβ.

- Cross-Platform & Responsiveness Testing β Ensure smooth performance and proper display across different devices (desktop, mobile browsers, PWA) and screen sizes.
