We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React Native and ML\AI to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications, collaborating closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development OR exceptional early talent with proven achievements.
Strong expertise in React Native for frontend development.
Hands-on experience with backend development and system architecture.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration via APIs and genuine interest or proven experience in machine learning & deep learning.
Visionary mindset and passion for building proprietary AI systems
Fluent English (spoken and written); comfortable with all communication and documentation in English.
Strong leadership potential with ability to grow into a CTO-level role.
Entrepreneurial spirit: high energy, adaptable, and motivated by building impactful AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as tech lead/architect for our platform and future projects.
Drive full-stack development, with a strong focus on React Native and scalable backend systems.
Design, build, and integrate AI/ML solutions (initially via third-party APIs, later through proprietary deep learning models).
Collaborate closely with founders on product vision, roadmap, and execution.
Lead the technical strategy towards building an in-house AI model (“Spotify of AI”) by 2026.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and security while maintaining high development standards.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to the growing engineering team.
Continuously explore emerging technologies and shape the company’s long-term technical direction.
