    We are looking a Business Development Team Lead to drive our B2B growth initiatives in the iGaming industry. You will operate at the intersection of sales, analytics, product, and marketing, driving both execution and vision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide tactical leadership by managing and mentoring a team of business development managers, setting clear KPIs, and conducting onboarding and regular performance reviews.
    • Own and deliver the B2B business development pipeline in alignment with company goals.
    • Lead the entire business development cycle - from market research to deal closure.
    • Define and execute Regional Strategy to grow market share
      Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in key regions (Europe, LATAM, Asia, etc.).
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with operators, platforms, and other strategic B2B stakeholders.
    • Lead complex negotiations and shape commercial agreements
      Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

      Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product, marketing, legal, and finance teams to execute partner strategies and go-to-market plans.
    • Drive interdepartmental initiatives related to client onboarding, product testing and marketing campaigns.
    • Translate partner feedback into actionable product insights and roadmap priorities.
    • Ensure timely execution of partnership agreements and ongoing partner success.
    • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
    • Oversee pipeline tracking, CRM hygiene, and regular performance reporting.
    • Set revenue targets and ensure business growth objectives are met.
    • Act as the escalation point for strategic accounts and provide structured reporting to senior leadership.
    • Deliver quarterly business reviews and insights to senior leadership on market penetration, client acquisition, and partner lifecycle trends.

      Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years of B2B business development experience in the iGaming industry, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
    • Extensive knowledge of iGaming platform solutions and casino content providers is essential.
    • Deep understanding of iGaming products, platforms, content providers, and monetization models is a must.
    • Proven track record of scaling partner networks and achieving commercial KPIs.
    • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); additional languages are a plus.
    • Proficient with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, Google Sheets).

    We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our professional services team, focusing on project implementation, onboarding large and complex clients, and managing cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.

    Atlas Technica is a fast-growing US-based MSP, founded in New York in 2016 and focused on the hedge fund sector. The company has scaled rapidly and now has 200+ engineers across 10+ location globally (US, UK, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Singapore).

    This is a hands-on, highly technical role with plenty of room to explore new stacks, deepen your expertise, and grow into more architectural work over time. You’ll collaborate closely with the team of senior engineers to deliver robust cloud solutions while contributing to the architecture, design, and maintenance of client environments.

    Hours: 9AM-6PM BST (UK business hours)


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage, build, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS.
    • Optimize performance and manage costs in cloud environments.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues.
    • Support onboarding of large and complex clients by implementing tailored cloud solutions.
    • Design and architect cloud-based solutions that align with client needs.
    • Identify client requirements and recommend appropriate cloud solutions.
    • Serve as an escalation point for service-related issues requiring advanced cloud expertise.
    • Maintain and strengthen partner relationships with Microsoft, Amazon, and other vendors.
    • Support the sales team during pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise.
    • Help productize solutions to expand the organization's service catalog.
    • Conduct research and development to evaluate new technologies and implement best practices.
    • Document implementations, processes, and solutions for internal and client use.

       

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 4 years of IT industry experience with relevant technologies.
    • Proficiency with Azure (primary), AWS (would be a plus), Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments.
    • Strong understanding of network and connectivity solutions, including VPNs and hybrid network configurations.
    • Proven ability to design, scope, and execute technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
    • Active certifications in Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365 are highly desirable and will be discussed during the interview process.
    • Advanced knowledge of high-level infrastructure design and architecture.
    • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the architecture of our CRM Platform Ecosystem, driving the design and evolution of a scalable, modular, and API-first system that supports dynamic customer workflows, integrations, and analytics. You will play a strategic role in transforming our existing monolith into a maintainable, high-performing platform based on modern architectural principles such as Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Design, and Domain-Driven Design.

    You will work closely with the CO, engineering teams, product leaders, and external partners to create a CRM ecosystem that is future-ready, cloud-native, and deeply customizable.

     

     

    Key Responsibilities:
    β€’ Design and oversee the implementation of the CRM platform architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
    β€’ Define architectural standards and lead the transition to a microservices or modular monolith architecture, as appropriate.
    β€’ Lead domain modeling and collaborate with product and engineering teams to apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) practices.
    β€’ Architect and guide implementation of integration strategies including REST/GraphQL APIs, event buses (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and third-party services.
    β€’ Own decisions related to data architecture, including PostgreSQL modeling, replication, and performance optimization.
    β€’ Define and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, contracts, and interface specifications.
    β€’ Champion non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and fault-tolerance.
    β€’ Collaborate with DevOps to ensure the architecture is cloud-agnostic, containerized, and CI/CD friendly.
    β€’ Review and guide technical design decisions across multiple teams and enforce architectural best practices.
    β€’ Mentor developers, tech leads, and other architects in clean code, architectural thinking, and technical decision-making.

     

     

    Requirements:

    Must-Have 
    β€’ 8+ years of experience in backend or full-stack architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role. 
    β€’ Proven experience designing and evolving large-scale CRM platforms or complex enterprise systems. 

    β€’ Prior experience working with CRM-specific features such as workflows, custom fields, automation, or user segmentation. 
    β€’ Deep knowledge GoLang and PostgreSQL. 
    β€’ Hands-on experience applying Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, or similar paradigms. 
    β€’ Strong understanding of modular architecture, API versioning, and service orchestration. 
    β€’ Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with infrastructure as code principles. 
    β€’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical architecture. 

    Nice-to-Have 
    β€’ Experience in β€―Flutter/Dart frontend architecture and integrating frontend with backend APIs. 
    β€’ Knowledge of PHP (Symfony), GraphQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch.
