Key responsibilities will include the maintenance and development of our Shopify Self Service App, and our web based widget used by all our clients.
If you like writing efficient code, releasing early and often, having a direct impact on a consumer product, you have come to the right place. As a Frontend Developer, you'll also need a good HTML markup and CSS / SCSS skills for designing semantic and responsive web applications.
The work will be fast-paced, the demands will be challenging, and you'll need to know a lot about your area of expertise.
You will be reporting directly to the CTO, who will help you grow as a professional. While you will be working under his guidance, you will also have freedom of choice in which technologies to use. You'll need to be a good multitasker, hence organization capabilities is crucial.
Requirements
We're looking for developers with:
- Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken)
- At least 4 years of experience with React.js and modern web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Shopify Development
- Strong understanding of Shopify architecture, including themes, apps, and APIs
- Experience with Shopify App development (embedded apps, App Bridge, Polaris design system)
- Proficiency with Shopify Admin API and Storefront API (REST and GraphQL)
