    We are looking for a Programmatic Buying Lead to join our team.

    Qualifications

    • 4–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a programmatic buying team, including proven experience successfully integrating into an already established team.
    • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: DSP, SSP, DMP, Ad Exchanges, RTB.
    • Hands-on experience with major DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
    • Strong expertise in strategic planning and building media mixes focused on brand awareness KPIs (reach, impressions, viewability, VTR, brand lift studies, etc.).
    • Proven track record of managing $100K+/month budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals. Experience working with first-party and third-party data, segmentation, look-alike audiences, and retargeting strategies. Knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Power BI/Tableau).
    • Experience in building and developing a team (hiring, training, mentoring, motivating).
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience collaborating with platforms, traffic providers, and external partners.
    • Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and ability to clearly articulate solutions.
    • Upper-Intermediate+ English for communication with international partners.
       

    Job Description

    • Lead and grow the programmatic media buying team, ensuring smooth integration into the existing marketing structure.
    • Develop and implement upper-funnel programmatic strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
    • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives and brand positioning.
