We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our high-performing Customer Success team. As a senior TAM, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing strategic technical guidance, owning deployments, and supporting threat detection, SOAR implementation, and product optimization. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure long-term customer success and platform adoption.

Responsibilities:
Own the technical post-sales relationship with strategic enterprise accounts.
Lead platform deployments, configurations, and integration with customer environments.
Conduct compromise assessments, threat research, and environment tuning.
Develop and automate SOAR workflows for threat response.
Present QBRs and provide KPI-driven recommendations.
Partner with internal teams to shape product direction based on customer feedback.
Provide mentorship to junior TAMs and act as technical escalation point.
Deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to build customer capability.
Requirements
5+ years in cybersecurity, technical account management, or professional services.
Deep knowledge of endpoint, network, and cloud security (SIEM, SOAR, IDP, etc.).
Strong experience Python, Bash, SQL, and APIs for data querying and automation.
Demonstrated success in building relationships with senior stakeholders.
Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision in a customer-facing role.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data lakes, and security automation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Project
We are building an AI-powered data analytics platform that allows users to interact with large, dynamic datasets through natural language queries. The system integrates with multiple data sources (each with unique formats and metrics) and uses LLMs to understand user requests, generate SQL queries, and display results as dynamic visualizations (tables, charts, graphs).

Our goal is to significantly reduce the time analytics teams spend processing and interpreting massive datasets, replacing manual CSV/Pivot work with an intelligent, interactive interface.

Tech Stack

Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL/MySQL.

Frontend: React, TypeScript, charting libraries (e.g., Chart.js, Recharts, or similar).

AI Integration: OpenAI API, LangChain or similar frameworks.

Other: Git, Docker (optional but preferred).

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the backend (Python) to handle data ingestion, processing, and LLM/OpenAI integration.

- Implement the frontend in React to dynamically render charts, graphs, and tables based on backend responses.

- Build flexible data mapping so the system can adapt to different client data structures.

- Work with the project owner to refine queries, data visualizations, and reporting logic.

- Optimize performance for large datasets (hundreds of MB per day).

- Ensure seamless integration with LLM APIs for query understanding and execution.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience with Python backend development.

- 3+ years of experience with React and modern frontend development.

- Experience integrating with LLMs/OpenAI APIs.

- Solid understanding of working with relational databases and dynamic queries.

- Ability to implement data visualizations dynamically based on query results.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
