    As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Project Manager who will work with primary conversion funnels, monitor traffic quality, and help improve product efficiency.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and control traffic reporting (C2R, R2D, ROAS) β€” daily/weekly/monthly reports
    • Monitor and resolve issues on landing pages and product flows that affect conversion
    • Suggest and test new hypotheses (landing variations, creative solutions) to boost conversion rates
    • Collaborate with the landing page project manager to balance workload and accelerate delivery
    • Prepare analytical insights and recommendations for the team
    • Work with data: spreadsheets, reports, performance tracking

       

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing (marketing manager / product manager / analyst / conversion manager / project manager in marketing)
    • iGaming experience preferred
    • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools
    • Ability to work with large datasets and numbers
    • Willingness to take responsibility and deliver measurable results
    • Experience in setting up and testing hypotheses to improve conversions
    • Key qualities: ambitious, detail-oriented, focused, able to handle routine work, strong references from past employers are a plus

    - Development of the products within the framework of a general product strategy;
    - Build, lead a high-performing product team, manage, and mentor cross-functional teams; hire top talent to strengthen delivery capabilities;
    - Refine internal collaboration workflows, ensuring efficient cross-departmental communication. Evaluation of tasks, prioritization of Backlog, setting out deadlines and control over its compliance;
    - Drive technical optimizations, maintain monitoring & alert systems, ensure uptime through backups and configurations;
    - Plan releases according to the department roadmap, allocate resources effectively, ensure timely delivery of initiatives;
    - Establish and track KPIs and metrics to track product performance, customer satisfaction, and market success;
    - Conduct QA reviews, and provide regular performance and progress reports;
    - Monitoring of the user's activity (user's pains), searching for decisions for improving a product (product's gains);
    - Interact with stakeholders, including executives, investors, and board members, to present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
