• Support and coordinate core HR processes with a focus on onboarding, performance evaluation, and regular 1:1 meetings.
• Assist in organizing employee development initiatives, internal learning activities, and training programs.
• Participate in planning and coordinating team-building activities, corporate events, and HR initiatives that strengthen the company culture and employer brand.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Communicate effectively with employees to support a positive workplace environment and collect feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and improve internal processes.

Requirements:

• 1−2 years of experience in HR, ideally with involvement in onboarding, employee development, or performance processes.
• Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above).
• Experience with office and HR tools (Hurma, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, Notion).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
